Always a long line. Takes forever to get order. Fries are always cold and no matter what size you order it's always small.... Container is never full. Almost every time the order is missing something. If not missing something the items if you customizeare incorrect. Read more
I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's so I'm basing this review solely on the customer service. Well, the lack of customer... service...my husband was starving so we grabbed him a burger at the drive-thru. The total came up on the screen but, wasn't toldto us. When I got to the window to pay, he didn't say, "hi, how are you, your total is x.00," or ANYTHING. I handed him themoney. He handed me back the change, didn't tell me the amount, ask if we wanted a receipt or anything. I still said, "thanks,have a good night, " to which he said....absolutely nothing???????not a single word from the employee at the window???? Read more

Stood at counter for 10 minutes before anyone even came to take order. And they kept walking by front counter so they knew... there were people there. Then they were getting orders all mixed up. And then on top of it, order cooked wrong. Why is it sodifficult for these places to read the grill slip? NO CHEESE means NO CHEESE. Not perhaps no cheese if you are feeling likeit today. My fries were overcooked. They were mostly all brown and crunchy. I didn't notice until I drove away. I picked through them and... chucked the rest. These were honestly the worst McDonald's ff's I've ever had in my life. Read more

Staff has a great attitude, and the restaurant manager, Kenny, provided exceptional customer service. Two thumbs up!!
