The most friendly staff! We often come here after skiing at Windham or hiking in the Catskills. The smash burgers are really... flavorful and the wings are perfect. I?m usually a bleu cheese fan, but their ranch is the way to go. Fries are seasoned well.They have plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options as well as plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor) and a large selectionof beer, wine, and cocktails. Dog friendly. My husband and I stopped here for a quick drink after arriving in the Catskills for the weekend. We ordered a couple of flights,... as well as the pulled pork nachos to munch on. They ran out of a couple of beers on tap and also didn?t have the onion rings,which was our first choice for an appetizer. Not off to a great start. Overall, I would say that the beers we tried were prettymediocre. We visit A LOT of breweries and this one just didn?t impress us. When the pulled pork nachos came out, they weremissing the pulled pork (see photo). To their credit, they fixed it right away after we brought it to their attention.Nevertheless, it seemed like an odd mistake to make. Stopped in for a quick bite and a brew before I headed home. Really enjoyed their sour, nice and tart. Didn't realize it was... burger night, how can you go wrong with a $6 burger and fries? Food was just as good as the beer. Keep up the good work! Read more
So I have been waiting forever to go here as I kept following them on social media. As I always say I am a home pit master and... very picky. So I was disappointed with the food. We ordered a couple brisket sandwiches, the brisket was cooked well it just hadno flavor on its own. Also ordered the Reuben eggrool and that was good. We ordered a side of fries with pulled pork and againtried the meat by itself and was bland to me. We had the regular burger and my son loved it. My wife ordered the same and had adifferent result. The chicken fingers were good. The cheese fries are with the nacho like cheese not a mozzarella. Now as far asbeer I am no expert and I tried 5 different ones and not really my style. Excellent brewery owned and operated by dad and son duo. Delicious home brews of various types (no, not just Indian Pale Ale!).... Sleek facilities which include the brewing vats in view of the dining area. The food is quite good, ordered in advance andcollected directly from the kitchen when your remote locator buzzes. Growlers for take-out and merchandise on sale. Picnictables on the porch for dining al fresco. Parking in spacious unpaved lot out front. My first, but not last, visit. Where do I begin? The ambiance is EXACTLY in the name. Perfect for what they are. A brewery. ... Great beer/ale selection, all brewed on site. I had a pint of Hogan's red ale. Very good. So, not your "normal" experience. You order at the bar and they give you a light that will let you know when your food is ready. Then, you pick it up at thekitchen window. It fits this place perfectly and was no problem. But here's where I was blown away. The FOOD. For anappetizer, I ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower, with house made ranch. How can you eat vegetables, with knowing they'revegetables? THIS! I took an order home for later. My entree was the Pulled pork sandwich, with fries. Ok. In my many yearsof travel, eating out and reviewing, I've never had a better pulled pork. Calling it pulled pork is actually a misnomer. Thechef, knows his stuff. It is actually a Cacoila sandwich. Portuguese pork, juicy and delicious. No BBQ sauce, which would havetaken away from the amazing flavor of the pork. Served on toasted, hearty bread, not a bun. With house made close slaw andpickles on the sandwich. My god! My taste buds loved it. The staff is very friendly and I didn't have to wait. Go hungry and thirsty. Best burgers this side of heaven. I had the 8oz burger with a fried egg and bacon on top and I had to... chew slower than usual just to savor the flavor. Love the atmosphere, food is fantastic and more than enough food. With the choice of beer, you are sure to find something you... will like. I had to edit. You must try their specialty night. $3 Taco Thursday is delicious! The rueben egg rolls with thousandisland sauce is so good. $6 Burger nights includes their delicious homemade fries. You have to have a piece of their carrotcake. We take it home because we are so full. Look at the size of those pieces! You can see this is true homemade!
