My boyfriend and I just went to this location and unfortunately didn?t have the greatest experience that we usually receive... elsewhere. They were out of Italian herbs and cheese and immediately gave attitude when I asked for the bread. They proceeded togive attitude when my boyfriend requested to warm up his bread and bacon separately before adding the cheese and deli meat. Theywanted to charge us extra for the pepperoni even though a BMT comes with pepperoni and he didn?t want salami(he wanted just thepepperoni and ham). The girls refused to at least say ?it?s okay? every time we apologized because we knew they were angry. Idkwhat their problem was and why it was an issue to begin with but the customer service was extremely poor. I used to work atsubway and so did my boyfriend for X amount of years so we get it, but that was terrible. Just awful. Whoever the two girls wereat this time and day (10:50am on Friday 04/08) need to recheck their attitude and possibly work situation. Because subway is allabout giving exactly what you want for a crafted sandwich and it felt like they wanted to spit on our food or something. Read more

Placed an order online. Drove to the store and was told they didn?t carry the flatbread pizza that we had ordered on the app.... Was also told it?s been years since they carried it. They said they were unable to refund my card and that I needed to do itthrough the app. The app only allows you to call the store and not claim a refund! So I called the store and they don?t answerthe phone! I finally found the contact us page on their website and in order to submit the form, you need to have a storenumber which is meant to be found at the top of the receipt. My receipt does not have a store number on it. So now I literallyhave no way to request a refund for what I had ordered. Read more

This place never has anything.. I came in they only had wheat or white bread. And then they didn?t have any condiments .. and... the employee is kind of rude / not welcoming. Read more

Very terrible service, not only did they charge me for a mistake that they did but they also accused me of stealing which I did... NOT.... They also didn?t give me the cookie that?s included in the combo. I believe it was the manager that accused me ofstealing and tried charging me for extra cheese which I never requested with my order. But the worst of all is that they accusedme of stealing and I had to open my bag and show my receipt just to prove to them of what I paid for and they didn?t botherapologizing or anything. Worst service ever. The lady threw the barely any ingredients into the bread. She was huffy and had a look of annoyance on her... face. My order was very simple fact two of the sandwiches only had ham and cheese. So many people out there would love to have ajob right now. If you hate your life that much don?t be in the service industry. Read more

We had to order our subways (3) online and when we went to pick them up they were not toasted and we had orderedthem toasted, ... so we asked the lady to toast them for us but she said the oven was not working. We do not like them cold so we asked for arefund and Maria who is the manager didn't want to give us a refund. All they had to do was call us and let us know that theoven wasn't working we would have canceled the order. This is unaceptable, we had to spend another half an hour canceling theorder online and trying to get a refund that we don't even know if they will grant. NOT ONCE, can they get my online order correct!! I've tried so many times to give this place a try and every time I go, they get... my order wrong. They leave out something I pay extra for. So I truly think it's intentional (a way to save money on product) Onthe 4th time it happened, I called the manager just to let him know and they didn't care much. So this time, I figured I'd letyou guys know. If you order online and pay extra for something inside your wrap or sandwich (i.e. avocado, bacon or cheese) justdon't expect to get it. Read more

Historically we have had bad customer service there, today takes the cake, after taking our order of two sandwiches she leaves... them to make a separate one. Turns out the third sandwich was for her! They walked off to have her break? The employees therewere not able to make our sandwiches, it felt like the Twilight Zone! The good news is that Jersey Mike?s is down the street &the sandwiches were fresh & delicious & it was worth paying a little more. I wish they had a 0 star to select for that Subway. Read more
