Most of the food at KFC is good. Occasionally though it turns out nasty.
Tried their chicken sandwich for the first time. The chicken was crispy outside and moist and tender inside, the mayo and... pickles were ok but I think it would be much better with tomato and lettuce if they had that as an option. With each bite Itried adding a bit of their hot sauce and then honey and that added to my enjoyment of the sandwich. Will order again in thefuture. Read more

Today went thru drive-thru. Got to window waited to pay, she took our money. Then we waited again to get our food. It had been... setting there we saw the girl place it there. The woman working window was more concerned with taking more orders then givingpeople their food. We had 2 vehicles behind us but she still took orders instead of handing people their food so they could geton their way. Maybe the focus should be the people who already placed their order and it's sitting there getting cold If we onlysat for a minute it would be different but 5 minutes is not right. Read more
I ordered 2 famous bowls and asked for a little less potatoes and a little more cheese and gravy. They also gave less chicken, ... which I didn't ask for. Disappointed because the chicken is the best part. Hopefully that doesn't happen again. Read more
The sides were awesome. The two ladies taking the order where rude. Chicken was passed hold time but not super dryed out. I... spent over $50 bucks got six or eight biskets no butter or honey in the bag no silverware they were upset I ordered it seemed. Iwould have asked for what I have always been given since you're getting a family pack but hey I was the only car in drive thruand seemed to be an inconvenience to the two ladies taking the order. My wife picked up dinner on her way home from working in the area approximately 20 miles away from home if we were closer I... would have returned it all it was the worst KFC we ever got the chicken was burnt the biscuits were rock hard the one breast wascooked down to the size of a thigh or smaller the gravy was like water like I said the worst KFC we ever had I don't know ifthere was no management over seeing or that's how they get rid of their messed up to go orders with hopes they don't return theorder you ought to be ashamed of sending a order out like that This was going to be a treat for us my wife works but I'mdisabled with no money coming in so money is real tight like I said this was going to be a treat this KFC was the east Liverpoolone I hope they read this message we will never stop there again GET BETTER AT DOING YOUR JOB Read more
