The coffee drinks were less than satisfying needing sweetness. Hot chocolate was great.
Came here one morning for a coffee & some doughnuts. I always have to try a doughnut from a shop that sells them fast. So I got... the old fashioned glazed doughnut.. At first glance I thought they were going to be dry.. but once I took a bite into their oldfashioned glazed.. it was perfect, it melted right in my mouth. First time ever at a Tim Hortons and we're happy with everything. Food was plentiful and yummy and the staff was attentive and... quick. We each had the turkey club sandwich. I had the potato and bacon soup and hubby had fresh chips. He also got a coupleof donuts and coffee to go when we were done with lunch. I have been a frequent customer of this establishment for years. Love their coffee and entire menu in general. Has always been... a very good experience to dine in, until today. Every person working was gathered around the drive thru 4-5. Nobody working thefront counter. EVERY table in the entire place was dirty and the floor was a mess. Made my order wrong and I went back up to thecounter and after standing there for 15 minutes I young man gave me lip when I told him I needed a redo on my order. So out ofthe ordinary for a Tim Horton's. Very poor management. Evidently, this group of young individuals needs adult supervision.
