Came here one morning for a coffee & some doughnuts. I always have to try a doughnut from a shop that sells them fast. So I got... the old fashioned glazed doughnut.. At first glance I thought they were going to be dry.. but once I took a bite into their oldfashioned glazed.. it was perfect, it melted right in my mouth. First time ever at a Tim Hortons and we're happy with everything. Food was plentiful and yummy and the staff was attentive and... quick. We each had the turkey club sandwich. I had the potato and bacon soup and hubby had fresh chips. He also got a coupleof donuts and coffee to go when we were done with lunch. Food was not expensive and I had enough left for my evening meal. Allin all, everything was good and we'll make it a point. Read more
I have been a frequent customer of this establishment for years. Love their coffee and entire menu in general. Has always been... a very good experience to dine in, until today. Every person working was gathered around the drive thru 4-5. Nobody working thefront counter. EVERY table in the entire place was dirty and the floor was a mess. Made my order wrong and I went back up to thecounter and after standing there for 15 minutes I young man gave me lip when I told him I needed a redo on my order. So out ofthe ordinary for a Tim Horton's. Very poor management. Evidently, this group of young individuals needs adult supervision. I love Tim Hortons and the service is fast. The breakfast is great and well made. My only issue is that I ask for soy milk and... they always put regular milk in it anyways. I'm lactose intolerant and people have allergies. It would be great if staff wasmore attentive to substitutions for allergies. Read more
A decent cafe and their coffee is much better than the regular Starbucks. They have much more bakery products and variety. The... staff is very polite and curteous. This is more like a bakery + burger + coffee joint put together. The Ambience is nice andlocated very conveniently. Read more
You can't hear anything through their drive thru speaker. Once we got up to pay at the window, there was a woman who said "I... can't wait to be done." Yeah we could tell because my iced coffee was warm and my hot coffee was cold. Thank goodness Dunkin isright across from the street. Read more
