I go to this bk because it is closest to my home Every time there's different people behind the counter Working. ( I guess it is... hard to get help). Most of the time you can tell. Yesterday I walked in, went to the counter and this worker looked me into myeyes and walked away. Then he finally came back and looked at me and said, What do you want? I said I wanted to place anorder.... What a hell of a way to greet a customer. As I waited for my order I could see behind the counter the floor was fullof food,a person who was dressed in a all black uniform was kicking the food aside. There had to be 6_8 workers At least...myorder was the only one at that time No one made the attempt to clean the floor. I will never go there again. Will you??????. Read more
Hopefully a manager see this. I recommend training the kids more on cleanliness and what and what not to do. Like DO NOT scrape... ice off the dirty catch tray of the fountain machine into a cup, then filling the cup up with soda for a customer. Those traysare so gross and dirty! I?ve worked in a restaurant and know how often or how well those trays get cleaned. I can?t believe Ijust watched the kid working the drive thru window just do that! Read more
Update! Had a fish sandwich and my kid had fries; everything was piping hot, crispy, and fantastic. Incredibly good food for a... fast food chain. A really nice place to eat, not too busy, right off the freeway. Has those awesome computer screen fountaindrink machines that have every Coke product imaginable, even the caffeine free diet ones. I'll likely come here again often justfor that one amenity. Read more
