I go to this bk because it is closest to my home Every time there's different people behind the counter Working. ( I guess it is... hard to get help). Most of the time you can tell. Yesterday I walked in, went to the counter and this worker looked me into myeyes and walked away. Then he finally came back and looked at me and said, What do you want? I said I wanted to place anorder.... What a hell of a way to greet a customer. As I waited for my order I could see behind the counter the floor was fullof food,a person who was dressed in a all black uniform was kicking the food aside. There had to be 6_8 workers At least...myorder was the only one at that time No one made the attempt to clean the floor. I will never go there again. Will you??????. Read more
Hopefully a manager see this. I recommend training the kids more on cleanliness and what and what not to do. Like DO NOT scrape... ice off the dirty catch tray of the fountain machine into a cup, then filling the cup up with soda for a customer. Those traysare so gross and dirty! I?ve worked in a restaurant and know how often or how well those trays get cleaned. I can?t believe Ijust watched the kid working the drive thru window just do that! Read more
Update! Had a fish sandwich and my kid had fries; everything was piping hot, crispy, and fantastic. Incredibly good food for a... fast food chain. A really nice place to eat, not too busy, right off the freeway. Has those awesome computer screen fountaindrink machines that have every Coke product imaginable, even the caffeine free diet ones. I'll likely come here again often justfor that one amenity. Read more
Very clean! Unlike many other fast food places lately. Fast service, courteous workers & a wonderful clean play place for... kids. Our new go to place to get lunch & let the grandkids play. Glad we found it. Read more
I don't normally do reviews however I have been unimpressed with this store more than once and have gone back. Not after... tonight however. I pulled into the drive through around 9:10pm. There was a sign posted that the drive through was closing at10pm After sitting waiting for almost 20 minutes the customer in front of me got out of her car to tell me the store was closedand they were not taking any more orders. By this time there was 4 more cars behind me. I called the store to confirm and wastold yes they were in fact closed. It wasn't till after I called they sent a young kid out to say they were closed. Not eventhe manager came out. Super disappointed. Definitely won't be back. Read more
So tired of going to this bk and getting burnt out of food and $. I was n a hurry and grabbed food for others and assumed my... French toast sticks were in the order cause I saw the syrup packets and thats all i wanted.... Well as u you can see that's allI got was syrup. I got the other food that was ordered but had to correct the coffee order cause I was given a small coffee notlarge. What ever you do avoid this BK most of them are great but these guys cannot figure it out at this location. Read more
Foods usually decent. First of all, the chick doing drive thru needs to get her ears checked. I don't know how many times we had... to keep repeating ourselves. Ordered off the app. Was told only our name showed up...no food. So we tried 2 more times only tobe told with attitude to pull forward. AND does this location NOT know what a sausage biscuit is? Its on your menu... I orderit..and I ALWAYS get cheese and egg on it. It's sausage...and a biscuit..i know its small...but its every single time and someof us don't like cheese... Read more
Outstanding- first time in 15 years I?ve driven through a drive-through for a quick burger, and it was quick, cooked to... perfection. I got everything that I asked for and it seemed like they had a system going that apparently is working for himbecause I watched cars flow through there before me outstanding ?
