I ordered my food at 6:53 pm, tracked my order at 7:50 and it was still being prepped. I called and spoke to Rose. I explained... what was going on and all she had to say was "Do you want to cancel or wait?" I said I would like to know when my order wasgoing to be delivered. She replied with "The longer I am on the phone the longer it's going to take. I can stay on the phone orget back to cooking." I canceled my order right away. Went in to pick up an order and the gentleman at the counter kindly let me know that it was going to be a few more minutes to... which I asked if he knew about how long, so he asked one of the ladies working on boxing the pizza?s and at first she ignoredhim so I asked her about how many minutes she thinks it would be, she rudely raised her voice at me and said ?I DON?TKNOW?. Ordered a pizza and 12 pc. chicken with delivery. Got 2 pizzas, no chicken. In the olden days they would do what they could to... make it right. Not anymore. They told me I could bring the pizza back and they'd swap it out for me. I want what I orderedand shouldn't be the one to have to rectify the error THEY made. Read more
I ordered our dinner 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and chessy bread. I had 6 kids ages 15 years old to 3 years old waiting for... dinner tonight that was supposed to be here in an hour. After an hour and 45 minutes and still no pizza I called and requestedthe manager. Her only response was you can send it back and get your money back. She didn't ask my name or even look into ourorder. No sincerity or care or true apology or attempt to make up for their mistake in anyway. Very Unprofessional! Read more
Tried to order a pizza through the app and it wouldn?t Go through after many attempts so I called them and them for me they were... closed when the website said they were still open for two more hours. This store is usually pretty good. However, when you place an order online, it doesn't allow you to see delivery time. Until... after its been ordered. I called 3 times to cancel my order. The first time i called i was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Thesecond time I called i was told the manager was too busy to take my call. The 3rd time I called i finally was able to cancel. 2pizzas a cheese and a pepperoni should not take 84 minutes to deliver. Read more
Hour and half later, no pizza and for 30 mins it sat as ?quality check? Why even take online orders if under staff, or a novel... idea would be ? hey here is a discount if you pick it up in store? .
