This location never seems to be able to get the drink correct. And some of the ladies that walk up to the car in the Drive-Thru... just want to seem to ignore the customers sometimes and wait for the other people to get them. I love Dutch Bros! I go there every single day. It doesn't matter which one that I go to in Canyon County, Ada County, or... Payette County they're all spectacular. I especially like the people in caldwell. Always super nice and my order is alwaysexactly what I ordered. Their prices are fair, service is great and it seems like they're always open. This particular branch of the company was actually pretty cool about explaining prices and what is above going to beyond to get... me my drinks. I don't typically go to Dutch Bros to get coffee, as it often feels like it's too much sugar, but that's apersonal taste of mine and I'm willing to let it slide for some of the great people they got over there. I love Dutch Bros but the attitude you get from the kids that work at this location is horrible. I will drive the extra few... minutes to go to the one by the freeway. They constantly don?t get your drink right but make you feel like it?s your fault.Customer service is you should maybe repeat the drink order back to your customers to make sure you get it right. This wouldprobably save you on making them wrong. It?s sad actually the drinks are not consistent. Taste different depending on who makesit. The staff working today was just down right rude. I asked to speak to the manager or get there name and she kept trying toget me a lead like she didn?t want to tell me who the manager was. I have spent so much money at that Dutch Bros but notanymore. It?s sad you tip them before you even taste your drink and 90% of the time if it isn?t a freeze or tea somethingpre-made they screw it up. But like now days it?s the customers fault. I wouldn?t tip until you know your drink is right. Tipsare for great customer service and to get the drink you requested. Tips are NOT required they are earned and I think Dutch Broshas forgotten this. I really hope this information is passed on to the actual manager and maybe he might care enough to dosomething about it. Your lead is apparently not doing there job either. Read more
Dutch bros is great! In general, they are fast and have quality coffee. They have baristas outside to help you order so the line... goes faster. Here?s the issue. It was 107 degrees outside and they had their employees outside with no shade and the heating sunon them. This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. The risk of heat stroke and passing out is way too high to have youremployees outside in weather like this. Not impressed. Read more
Love going to dutch and trying new drinks. If you don't know much about the drinks, you can ask and most of the guys that work... there will give you choices and explain with lots detail of what's in them. The breakfast options are soo good too. Read more
