Don?t get me wrong, the drinks are amazing and the staff is great. But. This location only, is extremely pushy for tips. I... thought the whole purpose of placing a preferred tip on the dutch app was to avoid being asked for a tip everytime. The staffconstantly asks me if I want to change it (aka give them a higher tip). If I purchase more than one drink I will bump up thetip. I bought one $6 drink and gave the staff member a $20 bill and she asked me if I wanted my change back, after I had alreadyleft a tip? That is the #1 statement you never ask a customer, it gives a greedy impression. I never encounter this at anyother location but this one. Read more
