The young guy at the counter had zero customer service skills, the inside of the place was dirty and the burgers were not even... Luke warm and the buns were completely cold. My overall experience here was trash and the employees here have so much work to doto improve that you might as well fire them All and look for a totally new staff. Read more

This morning the establishment across the street also known as McDonald's messed up my order. Couple hours later I returned to... tell them that I could not eat it because I cannot eat cheese they failed to cook the item because they said it was too late. Idon't know what kind of establishment they're running but I came over here to Jack In The Box and Angel in the Drive-Thru tookvery good care of me that boy deserves a raise. Waited in line at a standstill for 20 minutes before everyone started honking their horns, which is when the workers promptly... handed the car that was at the window a couple bags. and then we had to wait another 5 minutes before our food was even ready.They gave us no utensils, napkins, and several items from our order were screwed up but the line was wrapping out the parkinglot so there was no way I'd be able to get through again in a timely manner Read more

Came to the drive thru before 9pm and tried to order your $20 munchie deal. At first we were told that they "were out of curly... fries" so they couldn't do it. Then after we informed them that we would take just regular fries instead, they told us that theywere unable to do the munchie box. Little annoying, but no big deal and so we ordered tacos instead. What IS a big deal is thelack of customer service that we were met with at the drive thru. The amount of disrespect and attitude we got was ridiculous.If anything we should have been the ones to be rude since they had decided that they just didn't want to do what we ordered. Itried to get names so I could be more specific, but not a single employee was wearing a name tag. We then proceeded to have towait longer than 25 minutes for our order BEFORE we were told that they had given our order to someone else. Then they PROCEEDEDto argue with us that they gave us the right amount of tacos when we were short by 7. We literally had to count them out one byone on their counter while they continued to argue with us. This entire experience was awful and the fact that they treatcustomers like this is a joke. I guess I'm old school but when I walk up to a counter I expect to be greeted and not just stared at so I took it upon myself to... ask the young man how he was doing and if he needed anything and then I put my order in then I had to take my order back and askthem if they could actually feel my medium fry container with fries as there was just a few in the bottom of the container andthe young man replied to his coworker it looked good enough to me. I would say you get what you pay for but the prices are goingup and the customer service is going down ???????? Read more

Worst Jack In the Box that I've been to. We waited almost an hour to get to the drive-thru window. When we got to the window to... get our order, we checked our bags and we were missing more than half of our food. Ended up waiting even longer. Good thing Idon't live in Caldwell. Read more

The tacos were over cooked and really oily, the nuggets were really small and tasted old. The iced coffee was good.

Worst Fast Food and Experience in my life. Waiting in line for the drive through has so many cigarettes that if you?re windows... are down it?s a horrible stinch. I downloaded the app and ordered breakfast for two of us. Ordered a decaf and a regularcoffee. Got to the window and she informed me that they don?t have decaf, and To please pull Up to front of the building. Theybrought me a refund in cash For the decaf coffee and they brought me a regular coffee that was approximately 74°. I told herthat the coffee was not even lukewarm, she said the thermos is broken but We keep using it anyway. There are weeds all over thelandscaping it looks like an abandoned building. I got my breakfast and the first thing I noticed was that the scrambled eggslook like the remains of what they had left. If you look at the picture I posted You will see they are too small to even get ona fork. Little tiny pieces of a scrambled egg. The hash brown Was dripping and dripping and dripping with oil. It was also about74°. The pancakes were also about 74° and somewhat like leather like they had been around for a couple weeks. The app isreally pathetic. The deals are all like $20 for a bunch of food. They have no deals on ordinary food. It doesn?t use your ApplePay like at McDonald?s. You have to actually enter your credit card into their website. It?s an extremely ghettoJack-in-the-Box. I will never be returning to this place ever again. Horrendous food horrendous looking landscaping around thebuilding. There is no curbside pick up on the app or curbside pick up spots available. If you have ever been to McDonald?s andenjoyed your experience, and you will really really appreciate it even more after visiting this place. I don?t work fromMcDonald?s or Chick-fil-A.
