Went to this Jack in the box and it was the worst experience I've ever had.. From the get go the girl taking the order was rude... as could be. I ordered the sciaracha burger and she says what else with the rudest voice possible. I called her our for beingrude and she said oh well that's your problem. I pulled around to the window and she hid. I asked the kid her name and he saidhe wasn't going to give it. really?They also forgot my drink had to go in and get it to even more rudeness. I get home and myburger had nothing on it. No lettuce ,tomatoes,jalapeños bacon or cheese just smashed curly fries on it with FU handwritten onthe wrapper. These employees need to be terminated. Every time I go there I order and get the wrong food , it does not matter if I order one thing or 10 or if I'm the only car... there are 15 cars we always have to go sit in the front of store and wait for our wrong cold food Read more
I went a little after a 11 am. Since I abhor drive thru's anywhere, I went inside to order. Ordering was quick, but seeing as I... was the only one in there, I was surprised to be standing there for about 20 minutes while car after car in the drive thru wasgetting served. A kind woman asked if I'd been helped after 15 mins of standing - only to hand me a bag of lukewarm nuggets thathad apparently been sitting by the drive-thru window. It's not so much the workers, it's the organization. Update: The Managersent me a couple vouchers for combo meals. I went to the one on 10th and the meal was hot and received quickly. The crew at this franchise makes the best food, hands down. I always thought that every Jack in the Box would be the same, but... these guys are A+. I've had really great food from them, as opposed to some of the other locations here in the Valley. Read more
This place is never ?fast?. Due to the timer on serving people they make you sit in the front. I got one item last time and they... still made me wait out in the front for about 5-10 minutes. Read more
When I can't get my meal at the drive thru, they apparently can't ever hear me now. I've been to this location ever since they... built it and it's gone down the drain hard. I've had people laughing over the microphone only to not hear what I'm saying,example: "I would like 2 chicken sandwiches" was apparently heard as "I would like a chicken fajita". I've even had one of yourworkers have someone else get on the mic when I had to yell at him just for him to hear me, I'm a loud person so this is absurd.I can also go on and on about how ever time I order the two tacos I ask for no sauce and what do I get on them 80% of the time?Sauce. I don't like this location anymore and I hope the one going up in Middleton is better than this one, if not, I don'tthink I'll eat here anymore. Read more
Prices have gone way up! Food took forever even though it was not busy and it was cold when we got it! It's really turned us off... eating fast food anymore. Seems like prices go up and quality goes way down! You can eat in a regular restaurant for as much asfast food costs now! Read more
Worst Jack in the box experience. It took my husband 5 minutes to get home from the restaurant. Dug right in. Fries were cold... and like cardboard. We asked for extra ranch, only got 4 and 2 out of the 4 were partially open and rotten. Chicken strips werealmost burnt and chewy like they were reheated. Sour dough jack had nasty rotten tomatoes on it. The drinks were fine, goodthing cuz it's hard to mess that up. I probably won't ever eat jack in the box again. Read more
