Worst Jersey Mikes Ever! 4 employees; 3 standing with thumbs up their butts with one actually "working". Then they don't even... listen and get the order wrong. 45 minutes later and remaking the sandwich because they don't know how to listen. Readingsimilar reviews, they obviously need a new manager if the owner is actually sharing the reviews with the manager. The manageris the biggest to blame from what I see and have read. Ordered online. Showed up when we were supposed to, 30 min after ordering. Huge line, order wasn't ready. One person working, 2... people cleaning, manager just standing there talking and not helping. Finally got our order 25 min after we arrived. Got homeand were so frustrated. A 10+ dollar portobello mushroom sandwich looked like an after thought on old bread. No actual fillingor sustenance. Chicken sandwich we ordered? Ended up with beef. $27 down the drain. Literally. We had dinner last night with my son and dined in. Keep in mind this is not a restaurant, however the employees (red head guy)... super super friendly came to our table and offered us refills on our drinks. The whole experience was great! They were sofriendly taking my order and while we ate. I highly recommend them. Read more
I was almost closing time, so I called ahead as I myself was leaving work. The young lady took my order with pleasure. Had such... a good attitude. I was merely 5 minutes away, and my food was ready just minutes after arriving. I really appreciate thestaff at this store. Plus the food is simply amazing. Read more
Got their Philly cheesesteak sandwich and added bacon to it from an online order. By far one of the best sandwiches I?ve had in... a while. Will be back forsure, it?s nice to see new business around. I will mention that the price for subs are a bit on thehigh side. Half of the sub is around $10 and for full size you?re going to be paying $20. Read more
Ordered online about a week ago, a Tuesday about 2pm. Parking at the Caldwell location, was impossible, circling for minutes to... try to get a spot. For $10 the #9 Supreme did not meet my expectations. Drowned in oil and vinegar, the whole sandwich wassoggy. Half the meat and a quarter of the veggies, of Subway's Club, at $10 is the closest alternative, and I get a far betterdeal at Subway. Read more

Placed an order online during lunch. I was there to pick it up at the time it said . My food hadn't even been started. I waited... another 25 minutes. There was one person doing a long list of online orders at a snails pace. I placed online for time andconvenience . Would have been faster to order in store. Once the manage realized what was going on she tried to get thingsmoving so I'll give her credit for that. Read more
