Seen this place forever but never went in. It was nice, fairly clean. The root beer is excellent of course, and the food. Nice... guys working there. Not too busy just before noon. Really glad to see they have caffeine free diet soda there. (diet root beer)Good location next to Walmart. Read more
We ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket on 9/9/22 Friday. We drove home to Marsing which is about 45 min. And we opened the bucket... and all the pieces were cold and tough.. like it had been under the heat lamp all day. I called to complain at this pointbecause it's expensive anymore.. The young man that answered the phone was polite but when he tried to find the manager theyannounced over the phone he was in the bathroom ???? so he tried getting the assistant manager and got yelled at???? ..so I wastold after that they couldn't take back the chicken unless we drove all the way back to return it..was never asked if we wanteda refund they just wanted the chicken back???? My experience was that the specials that were posted on the windows were difficult to see from the outside entering in at night.... Also there was allot of flies while I was trying to eat my meal. Before I left I used the thrash can to dump used napkins andempty drink cup, trash can was full not sure if employees took notice of trash can and flies in lobby? Customer service wasgood. Read more
I ordered at the drive thru, I was told they needed to change out the root beer because it had run out and if I parked in front... they would bring it out with my food. Ten minutes later out comes my food, no root beer. The employee apologized and said theywould bring it right out. I waited five minutes still no root beer. I went in and asked if I could get my root beer and theemployee who said they would bring it out apologized and went to get it. Guess what, no root beer, it would be another thirtyminutes as they make their own. I was a little upset because I had to come in to get the rest of my order. If I had been told atthe drive thru that there was no root beer then I could have got something else at that time. Its not the first time you've runout. I think I was more upset because I was asked to wait while they changed out the barrel, then it was forgotten, then I wasforgotten and by the time I got home my food was cold. Read more
How can you run out of chicken breasts at 5:30 pm on Sunday? So I ordered chicken strips one was like rubber one was so crunchy... it was like chewing on a rock the other one was ok but all were cold only the mashed potatoes and gravy was warm and the Pepsiwas like if you left it sitting around for 30 minutes or so. How do they define insanity; Going back to KFC and expecting good food, good service and good prices this time. I guess that's... no longer to be expected. What's in; Poor food, poor service, outrageous prices. Meals for two, about $17 apiece, overcookedchicken, hard and dry, a thin coating of thinned gravy, no butter, no honey, and missing food items. None of my tenders were fresh. The biscuits where cold and hard the only thing fresh in my order was my fry's. The atmosphere... was terrible. Everyone except the young lady taking my order seemed in a good mood everyone else walked around looking for themeaning to live in my eyes. My dog is happy since she ate my meal.
