Couple of weeks ago, ran in on Sunday afternoon to pick up $5.99 pepperoni, girl that gave it to looked like a teen, bad... customer service, asked her if it was fresh, she said yeah, about 5 min ago. Lie! Got no receipt either. Took it home, outercrust hard as a rock, dried out, some pieces had very little sauce. Never again. My stomach has been upset for over a week! This place is a joke I ordered a create your own had 4 toppings ordered and only got one topping.called and asked what they... would do to make it right I would have to take pizza in in order to get my right order totally unacceptable.I use door dash fora reason I don?t want to drive across town.from the pic u can see there is no onions,peppers,sausage just pineapple I don?t likenot getting what I paid for and I believe they should make it right by making me the right one and they can pay the dasher tobring it too me.I will never order here again Read more
Just picked up a pepperoni pizza from the Caldwell store and it was the worst pizza I've ever had from this location, they... forgot the sauce and it tasted like it was made the previous day. Shame on Little Caesars for raising the price and lowering thestandard. I have purchased many pizzas from this same location and have had decent experience in the past so I feel like I havea good comparison to go on. Read more
This is the worst location. Stop going here. I went to 2 other locations in Meridian and Boise and they were 10000% better. This... company just doesn?t care about their food or what this location sells. Go to ANY OTHER location. Asked and paid for extracheese on a deep dish and one slice had zero cheese on it. Some pretty unhappy employees who love to play games. Missingtoppings entirely, and burnt pizzas. Their food cost must be insanely good because any other location pizza is amazingly cheesyand so much better. I don?t leave reviews but this place serves terrible food on a constant basis. It will never get better.This place is the definition of insane. We keep going back thinking it will get better. Read more
Cold and dry. I don't buy Little Caesars Pizza and expect a gourmet experience, its fast food pizza. I manage my expectations... very well when it comes to fast food. I go to other locations in the valley and the pizza is great. This location serves pizzathat has been sitting way past its prime. I called the manager to let them know how bad it was and was told that I could bringit back for a replacement, but I just wanted him to be aware how awful it was. I could tell from the conversation nothing willchange, he was very dismissive. Not impressed. Read more
You can never go wrong with this pizza!! Super inexpensive and the best!! Oh and the crazy bread that's another level????
Burnt pizza that was cold upon pick up and late. The ?best? the manager could do was give us a new pizza. No refund or coupon... for a free pizza in the future. The manager apparently doesn?t have that ability. We won?t be going back to this location. Whata joke. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would! Waited 15 minutes for "fresh" pizza and had the most disgusting, old, cold, hard as a... brick pizza and crazy bread I have ever purchased at Little Caesars. I know this is economical pizza, I get it, but theseemployees definitely did this on purpose. They knew very well we wanted fresh and were willing to wait!! I seriously think theygave us yesterday's left over pizza. It's on us for not checking, I know. HUGE mistake. I used to love Little Cesar's, alwaysreliable and economical but this location is a complete joke! Corporate should look into this location, it's not ok to takepeople's money and give them this garbage. Not giving a single penny to this place anymore. Run!!! Try a different location,seriously. It's dang near inedible without breaking your teeth.... not joking.
