Two words: Sushi burrito. Seriously though.. We love Paddles Up Poké, they never disappoint. We have ordered from them several... times and had it delivered. Normally, I would turn my nose up at delivered or take out sushi, but not from Paddles Up Poké!High quality ingredients, people who care how their food is made, not to mention their blue sushi rice (cool), and sweet littlelove notes! Talk about a place that makes you feel special! While we haven?t dined in here yet, I have been inside thislocation. It is a trendy and clean place to eat. Located in beautiful downtown Caldwell. SO glad we have one in caldwell now. My wallet isn't happy but thats a different story. I love the weekly deals especially the... nachos. It is always a clean shop and staff are always super helpful and friendly. Food is always fresh and well prepared. Theyalso have chicken options for people who like the food but not the raw fish.
