Ordered my food online and got there at 6:10pm when it said my order would be ready. I left without any food at 7:20pm because... it seemed like it was never going to be made. Paid for food I didn?t even get. All the while, people were able to walk inwithout online orders and leave within 5 minutes. The most mismanaged store ever! Placed an order online an hour ahead of pick up, arrived and no order. Waited with 14 other... people for their already placed and paid for orders WHILE THEY KEPT TAKING NEW WALK IN ORDERS! RIDICULOUS!! I placed a order online for catering and needed it sooner than I thought. I called and Rae helped me. When I got to the... restaurant she was packaging it up. This restaurant manager is terrible. In the lobby the manager yelled at two seperate individuals about being late to work. This... leader is a dictator and is extremely rude to not only guests but also the employees that work there. What a terribleenvironment to come get food. Also there was a dinner rush with 5 plus people in line and no online orders were complete whilethe leader pulled people from prep to scold them publicly. I will never visit this location again. And I hope someone readsthis that can help the leader make a positive impact with their team because there is a very obvious reason they struggle to getorders out. Read more
