Ordered my food online and got there at 6:10pm when it said my order would be ready. I left without any food at 7:20pm because... it seemed like it was never going to be made. Paid for food I didn?t even get. All the while, people were able to walk inwithout online orders and leave within 5 minutes. I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews about restaurants but this washands down the WORST experience with a restaurant I?ve ever had. The most mismanaged store ever! Placed an order online an hour ahead of pick up, arrived and no order. Waited with 14 other... people for their already placed and paid for orders WHILE THEY KEPT TAKING NEW WALK IN ORDERS! RIDICULOUS!! Existing ordersare waiting over an hour for food, WHILE THEY KEPT TAKING NEW WALK IN ORDERS! No. Unacceptable and absolutely poor management. I placed a order online for catering and needed it sooner than I thought. I called and Rae helped me. When I got to the... restaurant she was packaging it up. She was so nice even though they were so she went above and beyond. She definitely deserves5 stars. And the food was amazing it made my luncheon a success. Read more
This restaurant manager is terrible. In the lobby the manager yelled at two seperate individuals about being late to work. This... leader is a dictator and is extremely rude to not only guests but also the employees that work there. What a terribleenvironment to come get food. Also there was a dinner rush with 5 plus people in line and no online orders were complete whilethe leader pulled people from prep to scold them publicly. I will never visit this location again. And I hope someone readsthis that can help the leader make a positive impact with their team because there is a very obvious reason they struggle to getorders out. Read more
Worse experience EVER!!! Service was the worse. People crowding out others, because they think they are Princess Grace. Walked... out because the servers forgot they were waiting on us. The food is ok but some of the workers are incredibly rude . I?ve had some family member work there before and they know the... rules etc. the workers won?t listen to anything you request. One time they forgot a whole plate and I had to go back from hometo pick it up . They could care less that it happened they would even refund me the plate for my troubles . Another time I hadto wait for one of the entrees to finish cooking once o saw they competed my order they started helping under eats drivers firstI mentioned to one of them that I had been waiting along time already and I wanted my plate they told me to wait my turn I toldthem it was my turn a long time ago so then she grabbed my bag put all the napkins, hot sauce etc in the bag then continued tohelp the Uber drivers I told her can you please finish up my order so I can leave? She told me again to wait until I yelled ather she listened and check me out I told her it doesn?t make sense that my food is sitting there and she?s not checking me out!Then she helped me . And another time one of the guys put literally 4?pieces of orange chicken we told him we know it?s supposedto be 1 scoop and a half not just one he said no would not listen even though we were upset and didn?t serve us anymore . Keepin mind because of the horrible experience s it takes us a long time to return because we rather not deal with the workers westarted buying orange chicken from Costco and making white rice at home ! Just spent 19 bucks on a 3 side and rice and a bowl for my wife, This is the spicy beef before I even ate it I looked at it and... thought it looks a little old. Taste it and it?s so gross like it?s days old it taste it?s horrible the consistency of it ishorrible, the rice was hard and old as well! The beef broccoli was old and tough and chewy too?. How the heck are you going toserve me old nasty food ?!? It?s sad to see this becoming the new Normal at food chains , young workers careless and justblaming all the mess ups on worker shortages . Sadly this Panda has very poor service. The food is ok but if you order with the app it?s extremely slow and the food is always... cold by the time door dash delivers. They always forget the condiments. Read more
