Terrible service. Michelle the General Mgr in Caldwell refused to correct my order, pick up the food and told me I needed to... bring it in myself even though I had it delivered. I took the order back $178 worth of pizza, drinks and dessert. No creditand no offer to resolve. She said “ I made your order and it’s perfectly fine”. Don’t go and don’t use this storeif you want good customer service. Read more

The manager at Papa John's was very disrespectful to me. I ordered food from here and they sent out the wrong order. I got... someone else's pizza and however I talked she was really rude. I think her name was Michelle or something like that. But I willnever come back to this place. I felt disrespected and for being a place with "great customer service" they lack that and themanager needs to be talked to about her behavior. I might come back if things in prove.
