Terrible service. Michelle the General Mgr in Caldwell refused to correct my order, pick up the food and told me I needed to... bring it in myself even though I had it delivered. I took the order back $178 worth of pizza, drinks and dessert. No creditand no offer to resolve. She said “ I made your order and it’s perfectly fine”. Usually, i have had great service with Papa Johns.....NOT this one! My order was nearly an hour late, i called to check on my... order, they INSISTED i ordered thru Door Dash which was not the case, when my order did FINALLY show up, pizza was cold, itdidn't even resemble the order i placed, and to top it off, my 2 liter was forgotten, so whenever i am in Caldwell again, I'llbe sure to order from Pizza Hut! Have always enjoyed PaPa John's pizza,but tonight not so much..... Placed my order by phone and i have a hard time understanding... what they are saying, always seem to get someone with a heavy accent. I ask for the military discount and had to be transferredto someone else,then got the wrong pizza ask for a Hawaiian and got one with bacon on it!! Not good was very salty. Guess I'llhave to go down and place my order in person. The delivery people are the best. Read more
The manager at Papa John's was very disrespectful to me. I ordered food from here and they sent out the wrong order. I got... someone else's pizza and however I talked she was really rude. I think her name was Michelle or something like that. But I willnever come back to this place. I felt disrespected and for being a place with "great customer service" they lack that and themanager needs to be talked to about her behavior. I might come back if things in prove.
