My tater tots was very cold and my double Sonic bacon burger was originally forgot in the order. Then once it was brought to me... it wasn't the way it was supposed to be. Plus the bottle patty and the cheese looked like it had been sitting for a good minute.I do have to say that once I was able to talk to the manager on shift she was extremely understanding and had no problem withmaking a new burger fresh and the way it was supposed to be. While many of the fast food restaurants have downsized their shakes and in some cases increased the cost, Sonic continues to... make available large shakes at what I deem a reasonable price when I don't indulge too often. I love their chocolate and vanillashakes with chocolate bits. The hamburgers are some of the best available through fast food chains especially with a slice offresh onion. They are the only fast chain, that I'm aware of, that still offers a good footlong hot dog. Read more
I'm not really a sonic fan but that's just me. I don't think I've really had a bad experience there. I do have to say they have... pretty good deals every week like 50 cent corn dogs!....... whenever i order over there i am disappointed. last time i ordered a hot dog and they gave me a stuffed hot dog? something i... didnt order. now, today i ordered two cherry burst slushys. One WITH nerds and one WITHOUT nerds. And LARGE mozzarella sticks,when I got the slushys there was NO nerds in either of the slushys. And their ?large? mozzarella sticks look like a small. Read more
Honestly if I could give the Caldwell Idaho location a negative rating I would. Ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito, opened... it as soon as I got home and there was nothing but tomatoes, onions and jalapeños on it, I took it back an talked to anemployee who told me that?s what they are, I asked where the meat eggs and cheese are, she said she would make me another one,this one came out with eggs and tater tots. I spent 10 dollars for the meal, and they can?t get it right? You need betteremployees. I will not go back to this location. Read more
This was probably the worst Sonic experience we've ever had. The girl at the window gave us our order incorrectly and never... bothered to turn around and open the window to ask why we were still at the window minutes after she gave the food to us. Weordered a shake along with the meal. She never gave us the shake. The meal was the five piece chicken tender meal, we didn't getfive tenders. We told them about this when another employee came and tried giving us someone else's order because we werewaiting for so long, not the one who kept her backed turned mind you, her back was -still-turned at the window even when theother employee came. We let him know our order was incorrect. He gave us our shake and five tenders. Unfortunately, after wegot the tenders, they were cold. We had to come back to the window again because these just weren't enjoyable to eat cold. Whenwe asked for them, we got a very cold response. Absolutely horrendous customer service here. Disappointing. The one star is forthe one other item that was given to us correctly and on time, a strawberry limeade. Read more
The absolute WORST service EVER. Not only did the girl at the drive through sit there and not take our order after multiple... attempts when we spoke with the manager Gracie she left us sitting outside which we have been doing now for 10 minutes. It?s nowonder things are the way they are when you deal with people in the service industry like this. I will gladly drive to Boise tonever have to deal with this bunch of unprofessional kids that are obviously here to get a paycheck without doing their job.Absolutely disguised. Read more
