First off, Sarah at the drive thru widow was super rude and unpleasantly happy to remake my drink to how I asked for it to be... made, thanks Sarah this 1 star is for you ???? I?ve been a truck driver the last seven years and I try to go to Starbucks asmuch as possible I always order an iced caramel macchiato upside down quad shot?.why did NO ONE working at this location notunder that upside down means the drink is to be served stirred together?!?? As I said I?ve been to countless locationsthroughout USA and never had anyone not understand what a upside down macchiato is. When the manager came to help the situationshe remade the drink as blended with ice?? No I didn?t ask for blended I wanted it stirred! My communication was pretty simpleas I have ordered the same drink for 7 years? I literally googled what upside down drink means and I confirmed that I?ve beenordering it RIGHT! I finally walked them through how to serve the drink. lol sorry for the long review, but this location needsmore training on what a caramel macchiato upside down. The store of a million flies. Having excessive flies is a health code violation. It?s been weeks and nothing has change. My... drink had a dead fly in it. They could at least put some fly traps or something but nothing. Don?t go inside any less you wantto be attacked by a swarm. Read more

I got a Blended oat milk Matcha Creme Frappuccino and it was so refreshing and delicious! ???????? Their iced shaken espressos... are also great. We had awesome service this time, as I forgot to ask for oat milk and they remade it right away. Read more

I work at Starbucks in Sun Valley & I make the same drink almost everyday. I asked for a customized Shaken Espresso & they made... it wrong 3 times. After I tried to nicely tell them that I?m a former Starbucks employee & this isn?t how my drink is made. Theymimicked me when I said my drink wasn?t shaken up because the syrups were sitting at the bottom of the cup. They charged me forall of the extra customizations that I had asked for but didn?t add any to my coffee. Worst experience ever. Read more
