Ordered takeout for a sorry looking excuse for a burger, and no sauces or drink for my combo, which was 15 dollars. Took 90... minutes. If this place can't even make sure their combos go out with a drink, let alone sauces for an order with lots ofnuggets(14), I wouldn't trust it for anything useful. It took too long and the food looked pitiful. The food is whatever, it'sfast food, but at least do it quickly! Never coming to this place again. I hope it gets better trained staff or maybe treatsthem better so they do a better job. Read more
About 9:00 AM, ordered take-out a breakfast sausage & egg sandwich, potato fries and hot coffee. The potato fries where great;... the sandwich was very dry but tasty; the coffee was almost warm and tasted terrible. Only two customers in restaurant and theservice was dismally slow because the employees were too busy socializing among themselves. Spent about $8. Will never return. Read more
I usually love the chili at Wendy's and Sunday I decided to go buy 3 large chilis, will when we got home and opened them up... there was no beans, no meat, nothing only the sauce. If they would have told me they were out, I would have gone back someother time. Very disappointed! And I live pretty far and didn't want to go back and ask for refund just threw them away! Read more
The staff here is extremely rude. Myself, along with some other delivery drivers were waiting to pick up orders. A young girl... very rudely said to a customer that they were only doing online orders and the woman said ?so you?re not taking customers thatcome in? and the girl snapped back and said ?I JUST TOLD YOU, WE HAVE PROBLEMS!!!? Then that same girl looked at us deliverydrivers and said ?what?s your order names? and I was last to say mine and she cut me off and screamed ?HOLD ON JUST GIVE ME AMINUTE UGH!!!? Even though SHE ASKED!!!! I was nice and patient throughout the entire interaction. When I was finally given theorder I smiled and said thank you and that same girl rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I wasn?t rude to her and didn?t doanything but wait for my order. Horrible service. Got baconator fries and the cheese sauce was even hot and the whole dish wasn?t even hot enough to melt the... shredded cheese. Went in to fix, took 20 mins and manager Dory had no issue in treating me poorly when asking why it took solong. Will not EVER go again. Went through the drive through, about a ten minute wait. Ordered our food, looked fine on the screen, and then found out partway... home the burgers were made wrong (both covered in sauce when we asked for plain). No biggie, went back and waited in line againto get them remade. Lady at the window handed them to us and shut the window immediately- got all the way home only to findmultiple long bright red hairs in one of the burgers! Sooo gross Read more
I had a large chili with onions an cheese. Well I had a big surprise towards the bottom of my bowl .well there was a huge slice... of a hamburger patty ???? .I'm thinking come on now y'all can do better that by taking time to cut your patties up. Oh wellcheck out the pictures! Read more
I think they are extremely short staffed. Lines long. Ordered for pickup for asap. Doors locked so you can't check on your... order. They didn't answer the phone. Food never came. Almost waited 30 minutes before I left. They used to be extremely fast. Read more
