The pizza on the buffet was good and it was fresh. No problem with those aspects, there just wasn't very much to choose from... with only 3-4 kinds at best. The waitress was nice and made sure we had everything else we needed. She gets a 5*. Read more

The staff that were there were good, but it felt like their management set them up to fail. I called in a carry out (after... trying and failing to place an order online for 25 minutes but that is not this locations fault). Pick up was for 830, but I didnot get the ordered pizza until 920 pm. The order was incorrect and barely cooked but I didn?t want to wait another hour to getit corrected since it had already taken 2 hours to get 2 standard pizzas. The staff I dealt with was great but it felt like hewas carrying the whole shift. He mentioned several folks had quit, not shown up, or left with hours left in their shifts(including the manager) and they were forced to have staff working outside their training. Hopefully this locations leadershipsee this and choose to make some changes that support their staff and improve customer experience. 2 hours to get an undercookedand incorrect pizza was ridiculous. Restaurant was clean, pizza was good. Deducted two stars due to service issues. The staff were very nice however there were... issues with things not being brought to us, like enough plates, a requested menu and then the biggest issue pizzas being broughtin boxes when our order was for eating in. This made it very hard to serve four people at a booth because we had to open theboxes one at a time and the lids to the boxes made things almost impossible. When the server brought the boxes she said therewas something wrong with their computer so the kitchen couldn't see if orders were to go or for eat in. She knew it was for eatin so I am not sure why she didn't fix the problem before bringing our food in boxes. Read more
