Went in last night to grab a sandwich. Very rude! Did not acknowledge that we entered and were right in front of the guy in the... register until my boyfriend said ?hello how are you doing today?. He responded not looking up. Never again! Need to be trainedfor customer service! Read more

Clean store with friendly staff and those oh so dependably good Subway sandwiches. This is a great location.

They?re usually ok when we order pick-up. Food is usually cold even when toasted. However, they said they were open tonight... until 10P. We pulled up at 9:15 and they were already closing, even though site, app, google, and the sign on the door says 10p.:( Read more

Against our better judgement (I see way too many complaints about this Subway) my family and I decided to go to Subway... tonight. We were greeted by a very nice woman who began making our sandwiches. Halfway through making our sandwiches, someonecame out of the back and started yelling at us that if we didn't put on a mask, we couldn't stay in the store. It is no one'sbusiness why I or anyone else don't wear a mask but to attempt to shame and humiliate me is NOT okay. And this is not adiscussion about whether or not to wear a mask. This is about the awful service my family and I just endured. Due to all thecomplaints we see about this Subway, we have not been in over a year and guaranteed we will not be back now. Update: My husbandcalled and spoke with the manager the day after this incident. The manager was upset we were treated this way and stated thisemployee had already been directed not to act in this manner. We decided to go back today and my husband was treated withrespect by the manager who happened to be on duty. Thank you for making things right and treating your customers with dignityand respect. Showed up to store on 9/8/2018 @ 5:45pm. Walked in with my wife and daughter only to be greeted by a "we're all outta bread".... Looking behind the employee was half a rack of bread. Clearly the employees weren't interested and working. Very disappointed,the owners number on the door goes strait to the store. This also isn't the first time we've been turned away due to laziness. Food was good and prepared well. Drink dispenser was a mess and bathrooms were disgusting. Service was less just as bad. ... Cashier talked down to my wife when she was asked for additional napkins. Worst experience at a Subway ever. Read more
