On 20 August 2021 at noon 12 p.m.visited and ordered 3 veg footlong Sadly very bad veg footlong made it bread was not fresh and... chew & test like 1-day old bread. a working person doesn't like to make subway with rude talk so bad customer service (I canignore cx servise if food was good but both are disapoint me) I ate subway so many years so I know whats fresh bread and howmuch ingredients goto inside so I don't like to visit here again.. give to 0 star Read more
Wish I could give this place a zero. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DEEP is DISGUSTING. My husband and I have been going there for a... couple of times and she has never been nice but instead has a lot of attitude. She throws your veggies on the sub as if the foodis for a animal. She doesn't know how to fold a sub. I will be contacting the head quarters in regards to this matter. Read more
Inconsistent service here. There is one woman who will give you proper portions and do her job with a smile. Today I was served... by a girl who did not appear to be to fond of her job. I waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to approach the counter. The amountof tuna I was served was pathetic and quite frankly a waste of my hard earned money. A thin paste spread across a foot long sub,hardly enough to cover the length. I asked for more and she was reluctant to do so. (The sandwich should resemble the pictureson your menu). Although this Subway is convenient, I will be saving myself the trip to this Subway and take the 10 minutes to goto a better one in Orangeville. Read more
Good decent staff with always fresh subway sandwiches.
A very comfortable location with a convinience store in the same bldg. The sandwich was prepared with utmost care and in a... pleasing manner. Much more to talk about but my favorite is that they do serve a veggie patty, which is rare even in biggerstores than this many times. Read more
Worst service I?ve ever received in my life. Outright disrespect. I ordered a three cheese panini and the girl working didn?t... toast it at all threw it in a bag and gave it to me . The girl working wore glasses and had another girl who didn?t seem to beworking beside her .. laughing the whole time . They screwed up my order and laughed during it . When I left the story theycontinued to laugh. Never have I been so disgusted with service. Those girls were extremely disrespectful. I went on ThursdayAugust 25 at 7:30. This Subway says on the door it is open until 9:30pm. I went there at 9:15 and the door was locked. The employee was inside... mopping. Very disappointing and unprofessional to close early with no posting on the door.. Read more
