I called at this store before going there. I ask the girl do you guys have croissants at this time. i know it was 12am so i... thought i should double check before going there. The girl said croissants will be ready in 9 mins so i told her I?ll be theresoon. When i went there she was so rude and said they don?t have anything to eat. I said i called you like 10 mins ago. She saidi know but there were customers before you. I do understand you are busy but your employees should be little polite can?t expectmore just please be little polite. I visit this place last week ask for stepped tea girl told me they don?t have it. So iordered chai tea latte. when i was at window the girl said the milk is skimmed but it?s not hot. so i said you guys don?t havestepped tea and the girl at window told me they do. I worked in food court for 3 years. I never post bad review for fast-pacedfood places. I always let things go. This time am so disappointed. I can understand how busy you guys are but please try to belittle nice and polite with your customers. Please stop ruining your customer?s day. Read more
I have given a third chance to this tim Hortons and to be honest, this one doesn?t even deserve 1 star. Doesn?t matter you come... through drive thru or order inside, they will make you wait and then will give you one item and then makes you wait for the restof the order. They never ever stir your drinks properly and you have to do it by yourself by asking for a stirring stick. Andwhen you give the feedback to the team member, they just ignore you completely. They serve the cheapest service. Moreover, I have faced so many rude employees as well as untrained ones who do not know how to... take order. I had bad experiece tonight when I given my order and the order came up wrong when I got. Later when I asked theemployee, she started arguing with me instead of realizing her mistake. This kind of employees work at this location. Ipersonally never got good customer service from this location. They should change the staff. Read more
Very very rude and bad customer service by one of the girls at night. She literally said don?t come for coffee next time. How... do you expect Truck drivers to get coffee while building entrance is closed at night? What is the point of behaving rude tocustomers at window and warning to not show up next time for coffee? Truck drivers can not use drive through to get coffee. IfI walk up to window for coffee and boooom! There she is to say get your face outta my window! Dear Tim Hortons can you pleaseeither write it down outside that truckers aren?t allowed to get coffee at night or please look into this matter and leave areply. Drive thru always takes 10+ min. This location constantly gets orders wrong, is always out of stock always on items like almond... milk/dairy free options or will not have the new advertised items. You can sometimes hear staff talking amongst themselves onthe microphone. Wouldn't keep coming back if this wasn't the only coffee place in the vicinity. Read more
This outlet definitely not matches with the standards of TH. Do expect a significant wait time (whether Drive Through or... in-store) during an peak hours (12-3 and 6-8). The restrooms need to be given attention and housekeeping. Read more
Ordered very clearly grilled chicken cilantro lime wrap, BLT with no egg on bun and some coffees. Got home and there was no BLT... but wedges instead. The one coffee was made wrong. Went back got the BLT and coffee made right. Got home, there was egg on theBLT when I specifically asked for no egg, there was two small strips of bacon, no honey mustard (I put my own on to try andsalvage it) and the lettuce is old and soggy. The wrap had breaded chicken and missing have the ingredients. This locationconstantly gets orders wrong and is super busy. Staff needs to be trained better, willing to wait a few extra minutes to ensureorder is properly made. Read more
This Tim Hortons by far is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I have given this location so many chances because it's... the closest one to my house however, they cannot get your order right and most of time they do not have half the items on themenu. Very rarely will they make your coffee/drink properly and of course they don't stir it. I went there today and ordered ahot chocolate and mocha latte and unfortunately had to throw them out and make tea at home because they were so bad! Read more
