Ths waitress was rude. Let us know how tired she was before we ordered. We all get that way at work but she was rude as well.... Our order took forever. When i got mine it was burned. I love the music in the restaurant, it's very relaxing and I enjoyed my dinner.
Ordered food online and when I got food home I realized none of the customization were followed. Also mozzarella sticks were not... cooked properly and shrimp I ordered was freezer burnt. I took all food back to Applebee's asked to speak to a manager aboutgetting a refund I ended up getting the worse manager ever by the name of Shelley. She argued with me about the shrimp beingfreezer burnt and also argued with me about all the other food that was not prepared properly. Horrible service or should I say no service we were there 20 minutes without even getting water. And could not sit where we... wanted to then was ignored by the staff. Upon leaving because when I am spending my $$ and over $100 at that I definitely canleave. We went next door to the other restaurant and before we even opened the menus we had water and rolls. Just ordered food 6-26-22pick up at 645pm moat food was cold. Flavorless, burnt queso cheese tasteless but texture is obv... cheese. The girl that came to curbside handed us the slip to sign and stated sign this and place the tip in side. Like okay weplan on tippy sad you have to say that. But over all really bad food not sure what's going on in the kitchen. But you candefinitely get better food at fast food joint. Maybe I'll try them again in the fall. Read more
Ordered food online at 6:20pm. Showed up at 640 when I was told it would be ready. 710pm food comes out cold. They remade food.... It comes out 735. Get home to find the club sandwich has bbq sauce on it that was ordered with out bbq sauce. Simple orders seemto be to much for the kitchen staff to handle.
