Two coffees shouldn't cost around $16.00, so only the BOGO for me. Lately cashier at the window will compliment you in someway,... then ask if you'd like to leave a tip. This isn't acceptable, especially when Biggby is very expensive. Two large McDonald'sfrappes are basically the same cost as the Biggby coffees with a BOGO coupon, and they're really good! Read more
This place has really gone down hill. Extremely long drive thru wait times only to finally make it to the window to find a... giggling kid who has to tell people he goes by ma?am not sir. Then asks for me to add a tip when running my card. Terrible. Read more
Oh my gosh. Let me begin by saying We Are A Biggby Loving Family! And for thw most part, we find that to be true at all Biggbys.... I'm not sure I'd this was an off day or typical of this particular store, but it was awful. I ordered an iced black coffee andmy daughter got a bagle with cream cheese. She was the first to be disappointed. (She is a teenager so it doesn't take much inthe way of bagles to impress her) and she said right away that it was terrible. I didn't really understand how you could makea bagle and cream cheese terrible so I kind of dismissed it. Until I tried my coffee about 20 minutes later. It was so awfulthat I actually took a second drink just to be sure I wasn't imagining things and then dumped it out. I didn't even think Icould save it with some doctoring. Wasn't even willing to try. I get this is a duper long post over some coffee, but hopethat helps you understand how disgusting the entire experience was. Thumbs way down!! Read more
Just this morning got a latte with extra pumps of flavor. Got charged almost $9. Why? I have NEVER been charged extra for added... pumps of flavor. The drink I received didn't even taste like they made it correctly anyways. So the upcharge was for nothing,then? There's one particular person that gets my order wrong somewhat frequently. I think they might be new, so that'sunderstandable that they need learning time etc. But you could confirm with the customer what their order is first. Read more
