We just walked out the restaurant for no service. When we got there we waited 15 minutes to be seated. This is after 3... different people asked us how many. We were a group of 3. So not a large group. Once seated no one came to take our order for 20minutes. The waiter took care of a couple that was seated after us. We seen an employee walking around carring pizza boxes andtwo other staff walked by. As we walked out there were 3 other staff standing by the kitchen. So we just left. Well tonight was the first time I bought pizza at Fricanos. Not great by any means. The sauce was at best... Blanned. I asked... for mushrooms.. they must be super expensive because they barely put mushrooms on my pizza. The pie was burnt rather well butthe sausage and bacon were good. The crust was so thin that the toppings just fell off when I would pick up a slice. It wouldtake a miracle to get me to spend my money here again. But to each his own. Just my opinion on pizza. This review is based around the pizza. ???? Ordered a 12-inch pepperoni pizza, it is the only size they offer, but you will not... be disappointed by the big taste with a crispy, flat crust. Typically, I love to use condiments (like ranch), but there was noneed because the flavor was amazing. The only thing which could?ve made it better was a little more crust to hold onto. Was very dissatisfied with the service we received. Food took very long to come out and we ended up having to pack it up right... away without eating because our toddler, who ate before us, was starting to get antsy. Waitress never once came by to check inwith us while we were waiting for the food. She seemed irritated or annoyed with us from the get go. Food was good, but I wouldhave liked to eat it in the restaurant and not at home. I also asked for shredded lettuce on my sandwich (which I was told theyhad) and instead I got a handful of salad thrown on the sandwich. Who wants to eat a panini with salad on it? Not me.
