I love when a shop does better than you expect. This Pizza Hut is one of those places. It always seems like the food just... comes out tasting better than from other places. Even when they are short staffed, they still always have a smile and make yourfood quickly and with care. Read more
I am changing my already poor review to be lower. I would give them zero stars if I could. Yesterday I had the worst interaction... with a service employee I have ever experienced. My actual order was fine. Everything was correct. I had a problem with thedelivery driver. He didn't follow procedure with the receipt, where normally I as a customer sign it and give it back. He nevereven took out the receipt or asked if I wanted it. Which is generally fine, I don't need it. But, what alarmed and shocked me,was that he had the audacity to then go to his car and use that receipt to take my personal phone number and text me. That iscompletely inappropriate and uncalled for. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and worried for my potential safety. Now thisperson knows where I live by way of delivering my food, and they took the liberty to steal my personal information and use it tocontact me. I did call the store and contact the manager to make them aware of the situation. He brushed it off and said "I'msure he didn't mean anything by it, but I'll talk with him." Which in and of itself is gross behavior and excuses the actions.In what situation would this type of thing ever be okay? I will never be ordering from this location again. Read more
Customer service and speed were fine but the product is just super poor quality. Little Caesars offers a better product. The... beadsticks are more like bread loaves and the pizza sauce is basically tomato juice. The cinnamon sticks had the most skimpycoating of cinnamon I have ever seen. If I was not at home there's no way to eat any of the 'sticks' without ripping at themrandomly. Read more
Ordered on the app an 8 piece buffalo, 8 piece teriyaki, and 16 piece BBQ and got 6 buffalo and 24 BBQ no teriyaki! Then was... told it was an app order so nothing can be done. This is not the way to do business. Read more
