This store has really gone downhill. The last few times we ordered I got basically a rice burrito. Literally about 2/3 to 3/4... rice with a tiny amount of meat and toppings. And not just lopsided, it?s like that the whole way through. This last time theguac was nasty too. I kept trying to order again hoping they?d go back to as good as they used to be, but nope. Audrey went above and beyond to make sure our online delivery order was corrected. We ordered over $40 worth of food for... delivery. A door dash driver brought us only half of our order with it spilled over. When I called the store Audrey was helpfuland patient. She helped me with reaching out to door dash and making sure the new delivery included my whole order. This was aalmost 2 hour difference from when I originally placed my order and I was very frustrated, but she made up for it with heroutstanding customer service. Read more

Upon entering the location, I first noticed that the hand sanitizer dispenser in the line was empty and had a wad of chewing gum... stuck to the front of it. Gross. No one felt like taking care of that? At the counter, one employee was finishing an onlineorder and did not remove her attention at all from this order. While she was finishing, another employee emerged from the backbut to help this employee finish the nearly-already-finished order and did not greet me, even though we made eye contact. Atthis point, I make eye contact with yet another employee who is in the back behind the counter. She didn't acknowledge me eitherbut instead just decided to switch her eye contact between me and the two others up front handling their finished order. Still,no one has said a single thing to me. I'm standing at the counter, ready to order. I'm not distracted or acting like I'm notready at all. No one could even be bothered to tell me they'd be with me in a moment. The straw that broke the camel's backhere was when a fourth employee emerged, saw me, but instead decided to horse around with the two ladies up front. Yes, horsingaround. The young man was playfully/aggressively hugging another employee and playing around by the register... I had had it bythen and made it a point of walking past the register and out the door with nothing. Not one of those employees tried toreconcile and one of them even shouted "BYE" as I left. This is hands-down the worst Qdoba location how and this one has a 4.7*rating on UberEats is beyond me. In the end, I think I'm grateful and dodged a bullet. Just looking at how messy and disgustingthe food counter was, I'm pretty sure I would not have enjoyed my order. No one at that store gives a single care aboutcustomers.Right now, I'm awaiting an UberEats order from a completely different location with a better rating and, yes, I'mwilling to pay extra on that delivery charge. Every time I go in this lady is always somewhere In the front helping. Very respectful to not only us customers but even to her... team. I asked her name today which was Audrey and said at any of the locations I been to. I never seen just a manager up frontworking doing every on there on. I seen her through busy hours short staff she still is so kind, helpful and humble. Goodcustomer service is why I continuously keep coming back. I usually love qdoba but this location fell short in so many ways. At least 5 people working and yet only one of them was at the... counter and there was a line to the door. The lady that was cooking food was not wearing any sort of hairnet or hat with nogloves in sight, definitely a health violation. After purchasing 2 drinks we then found out they had only zero sugar options andeven those were mostly out. Chips were all broken and couldn?t even be bothered to fill up the bag that I payed for. Had a good sized pick up order, made online. Took 25 minutes longer than the time it was stated it would be ready by, despite... there being only two customers in line at the location. Both of the bowls ordered had the wrong items and one of them hadpractically zero rice. Service was painfully slow and the dining area was disgusting with napkins and food all over the floor.It's unlikely that we'll be back to this location. Read more

Usually come here and have a much better experience. Yesterday I went in and there was a new kid who stared and was on the... sandwich making process. Kid gave abnormally small scoops of everything. Asked for another scoop and got baby scoops. It wasabundantly clear the kid was new so I didn?t bother jumping down his throat. Called the store later and they said they?d refundmy purchase but asked for my phone number. Called today and they said that?s not how they do that and I won?t be getting arefund. This location went straight down the drain. Keep in mind they charge $9.25 for burritos now. Taco Bell would?ve been abetter option at this point. Read more

The mobile order stated my food would be ready fir pick up at 7pm. I got there and was told it would be another 15-30 minutes-no... explanation given. I had already picked up other food and now had to wait, meaning the other food was going to be ice cold. Thestore was out of half the toppings we ordered but never said anything to me while I was waiting. The food looked bad and didn?ttaste very good either. This is not the first time I?ve had bad service or bad food at this location. I keep hoping it will getbetter because I really love Qdoba. Read more
