We decided to get a bucket combo for dinner for my 95 year old grandmother's birthday. The girl taking the order was friendly... and did her best getting the order ready even though it was a 20 minute wait. She threw in a few extra pieces of chicken for thewait and it tasted great. I forgot my coupons so it was a little pricey for a 10 piece w 3 sides but I would go back again. Read more
Staff almost forgot to give us the fries from our order and did not provide the dipping sauce. Another gentleman came back in... after collecting his order, staff did not give him the salads . Maybe it was a bad day??? Read more

Ordered here several times and it is quite inconsistent. I ordered online once and when I came to pick up they said they were... out of what I ordered. Had to call customer service to get a refund. They have good deals on the app and the orders are accuratewhen I've picked them up before. The quality of the food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fine and other times it's cold andflavorless. The staff are usually pretty good but I think they are understaffed at times. Read more

I love kfc I eat here all the time today I got abunch of tenders and they were not at all the same chicken tenders I'm used too... they were chicken fingers completely diffrent tenders breading is diffrent and meat was ground up like cheap Jane's chickenfingers I know my kfc tenders and thos were not kfc tenders and no honey mustard sauce Read more

We waited over 1/2 an hr for 3 Big Crunch combos,,While people kept coming in and picking up Online orders,,It wqz not only us... there was 8-9 othr people going thru the same experience,,the tables are dinged up,,there is wat appears to be black mold aroundthe bathrm door area Read more

New rating. I was there on Friday 30 of September. Ten people in store with one order put out. Nobody was asked for an order.... All but myself and one other man left. His order was not going well so I left also. My wife went back today and actually gotfood! Most of the food was fine however, the tenders are inedible due to SALT,SALT,SALT!!! Read more

Well... thats it for KFC for us. We have given this location multiple tries and there is nothing fast about this "fast" food... place. Today, when I walked in there was 2 people waiting for their order to be packed and the cashier was in the process ofdoing so. There were 4 of us in line to place an order. It took the cashier extremely long to pack the orders so she didn'ttake our orders right away. When she finally started to take our orders she was taking them 1 at a time and then wasting 2 to 4minutes on other things before taking the next order. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be taken...let alone another 6 or7 for the food to be made. Why didn't she take all 4 orders at the same reltive time like every other fast food joint? I almostwalked out a couple of times... in hind sight, I should have. My pop was just soda water to boot... we were already on the road,eager to leave before I had noticed. 2 or 3 KFC locations shut down in Hamilton. Simcoe location is always closed and caledoniatakes incredible amounts of time to prepare simple orders. The writing is on the wall with whats happening to this chain. Youhave done us a favor though, we are done with KFC before things get even worse. Popeyes and Mary Browns is better anyways, justKFC usually has more locations. We will never be back to a KFC. Over 10 back to back bad experiences at multiple locations overthe course of a year or so... we should be eating healthier anyways. So thanks for ensuring we cant enjoy our guilty pleasureand solidifying the fact to never go back. Read more

Great costumer service. The line move fast. Fresh chicken and fries. The lobby and the washrooms of the restaurant still close... for the public. The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask ???? all the time. Big and free parkinglot. No drive thrue available at the store. You can have lunch and dinner there. They have differents food promotions everymonth.
