Great Service whenever I have a curb side order or window order! Only issue I am angered about is whenever I order something... with a sauce (dipping sauce) I only get 1 sauce. Like 6 nuggets with 1 dipping sauce? Or with a breakfast burrito only 1 salsapacket?? Please start giving out at least 2. Im sure a lot of people can agree it feels like a rip off. Whenever i ask if i canhave another the employees just tell me there is already sauce in the bag. Read more
Left the drive thru as did others. Thanksgiving weekend. If you don't have enough employees just shut down rather than annoy... waiting 30+ minutes trapped in a drive thru. As a shareholder you need to do better. Read more
Unfortunately this mornings trip to McDonald's in Caledonia was a brutal one. I am not going to get into all the details but... lets just say fast food it was not. My order was messed up 4 different times and when i finally received the right food, it wascold. I understand that places get busy. But the job of a fast food place is to serve you hot food fast. I literally could havewent to a sit down restaurant and had my meal faster and hot. Do better please. Read more
Well, I'm sorry to say but it was really bad... I'm not talking about food. The food was alright, same as at any MD. It was very... dirty all over the restaurant. Not posting pics of a family toilet, but it was disgusting plus no soap in dispenser. All thetables were dirty, covered with food leftovers. We had to use wet wipes to clean the table for ourselves. Full garbagebins... A young employee (looks like had a break) was sitting at a dirty table eating ice cream and not only he didn't cleanthe garbage around but he left the paper from his cone on the table adding more garbage. I understand those are the fair daysand it's busy, but it wasn't crazy busy at MD, so the staff couldn't clean at least a little bit! I used to work at a pizzaplace and I remember when we had busy days/hours you would sacrifice your break and go above and beyond or at least will beeating with one hand and cleaning with another. Filthy and disgusting. The dinning room was so dirty we had to go around looking for clean chairs to move to a clean table. With... what was clearly a manager litterly squeezing past us to get into the back when she could have just gone around us. I'm beyonddisappointed with how I received my meal. Cold fries and a burger that my dog could have built better. Read more
Most consistent fast food in town. Too often custom orders are wrong though. The staff isn?t very friendly, it seems like... smiling at customers is a thing of the past. But the main reason I come back is they often have cheap deals on the app and eventhough the overall experience is mediocre the food tastes good, the price is right and wait times aren?t too bad. This location is definitely one of the better ones. Food is always good, fresh and fast. The staff are always cheerful and make... your visit enjoyable. Lots of parking as well. Cheers !!! Read more
Honestly I felt bad for the employees. They were so under staffed it wasn't funny they messed up my order with 3 separate... products. And it was by far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been too. But what staff was there was sooooo embarrassed for themess and wait time with only 4 people in the store Read more
