The coffee is good but the line up is frustrating. Just put a sign out front letting people know how to line up. This is... absolutely ridiculous and I?m now going to get my coffee somewhere else. Ordered an ice capp with skim milk and some timbits with the app for pickup. Showed up. No walk-ins due to short-staffing. This... is especially annoying since I had just walked here. So I walk back to the house to get the car and go through Drive-through.Employee mentions that they're out of skim milk so I ask for 2% instead. Employee looks at me for a moment and checks hisfridge. Comes back with "We can do regular, almond milk or oat milk." "...uhh, regular I guess". Based on the taste and colourof the drink, I assume the employee used 2% milk like I had asked for. Which means they had no idea what "2%" was.
