The coffee is good but the line up is frustrating. Just put a sign out front letting people know how to line up. This is... absolutely ridiculous and I?m now going to get my coffee somewhere else. Ordered an ice capp with skim milk and some timbits with the app for pickup. Showed up. No walk-ins due to short-staffing. This... is especially annoying since I had just walked here. So I walk back to the house to get the car and go through Drive-through.Employee mentions that they're out of skim milk so I ask for 2% instead. Employee looks at me for a moment and checks hisfridge. Comes back with "We can do regular, almond milk or oat milk." "...uhh, regular I guess". Based on the taste and colourof the drink, I assume the employee used 2% milk like I had asked for. Which means they had no idea what "2%" was. I really like this Tim Hortons but I can?t stand the lineup for cars. There are two different lineups and it?s very frustrating... because there should only be one lineup. I am not the only one that is irritated because a lot of people are honking at otherpeople. There should be a sign that tells people where the lineup is but other than that I like this Tim Hortons. It?s alsodangerous and difficult when trying to leave with the other lineup. If this Tim Hortons was located in Toronto, there would be alot more honking and fights in the parking lot. I have been avoiding going to this Tim?s because of the frustration of thissituation. Something should be done about it. I was waiting in line for a while this morning when someone showed up and createdthe other line up and got in 3 cars ahead of me. It?s annoying. Read more
The staff are always so friendly here and makes me wanna come back for more. The food is on par with timmies quality... expectations. The entry for the drive thru can be ?interesting? if it gets busy. A shorter lineup can take precedence over alonger designated lineup. Issues will arise. Read more
Always close whenever visit here. Worker r working inside around 6 pm n they kept the door closed n drive thru close. I dont... understand the reason why they do so as the timings r till 11 pm . Read more
