I must admit, I've never been to or heard of a Casey's until today. The experience was Great to say the least. Their pizza is... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Definitely added to my top 5 list. The staff was very pleasent and welcoming. The store was literallyshinning clean in every area. Shelves were stocked and I literally didn't see one thing to complain about. Its too industrial looking to be a "general store". And the pizza is expensive for the quality.- original post rated 3... stars. As a man I think it's important to make your wrongs right and admit when you were wrong. Although the decor may notscream general store, and the pizza is a bit pricey but everything is now a days. I think my original review was harsh. Thestaff is always friendly and genuine, I always look forward to stopping in. The rewards program really make filling up my trucka lot less painful. I have come to absolutely love their breakfast pizza, and breakfast in general. So back to what really soldme on this place. It's the staff! Always met with a smile and conversations that have evolved beyond small talk. The customerservice is top notch for sure. One time I bought a prewrapped cold burrito and to my disappointment it was moldy on the inside.The date on the package was still good and I was a bit unhappy. This is one of the items they don't make themselves they justsell them. I was met with wonderful customer service. They offered to fully refund me, replace the item, and offered me acomplimentary donut and drink of my choice. Now that was too much to offer, in my opinion. So I just ended up taking a grillitem and a bottle of water happily. I really have grown to love Casey's there's no better gas station to go to on any given dayto and from work. I highly recommend the breakfast pizza it's one of my favs on a Saturday morning, breakfast, lunch and dinnerlol. Ps the prices aren't that bad if you buy a full pizza ????. Read more
Door dash has somehow botched my order twice from this place, so I called the store to try to figure out what was going on. I... WAS BLOWN AWAY with the store managers level of care! Even know this was a doordash problem she went completely '' out of herway'' to address and fix the problem. Very thankful! how lucky that store is to have staff like this! Great people, great vibes, low prices, great service, and great food. I had always heard about Casey's from people that... travelled across the country, but when I had their food, I realized how amazing their food is. The food is fresh, really good,and always punctual. I am a big fan of their service, and everything is great quality! Would definitely suggest to check themout. Their pizza is better than most pizza places, and they have a million other options along with various beverages,appetizers, and did I say the lowest gas prices in town? You gotta check them out. We ordered the famous Casey's Breakfast Pizza online for in-store pickup. I paid an extra $1.75 to add bacon to the traditional... sausage breakfast pizza. We were really disappointed that we found about 3 small pieces of bacon on the entire large pizza.Still, the pizza was as tasty as I remember to the ones that I had in South Dakota. I definitely will order again but won't payfor the ???? bacon! Read more
