No problems with order. Fries sometimes cold. Huge variances in service depending on location.
My son loved the ghost pepper whooper! (I had to take it back in for a re-make, but the 2nd time around it was great!)
Walked here bc the neighboring mcdonalds was drive thru only... In the short time we were 5 other people had came in from... drivethru missing orders or other patrons had went back to the counter bc their order was wrong. My burger was room temp,daughter's chicken fries were burnt/overcooked, and boyfriends burger came with tomato & mayo despite asking and requesting thembe removed... Oh and a health score of 84 which should be much lower considering the NASTINESS under the booths or atleast oursin the back corner ???? Urine out of order in mens room.. But hey, they ask that you throw all femproducts in the BARBAGEreceptacles assuming so that their toilets don't start overflowing #kudosforthat???????? Read more
If I could rate it a 0 I would! Terrible service! Cashiers were in the back talking while there was a line of customers waiting... to order. She constantly glanced at us waiting for us to leave. Terrible just terrible! Read more
Drive thru cashier was nice but I didn?t get the chicken nuggets with my meal, okay fine, so I went back and got them.... Afterwards I realized they got my chicken sandwich wrong as well. Just a pain to go back multiple times and still didn?t getwhat I paid for. Read more
p First cash only.. ok no problem The drive through person was sweet but the fries were already cooked and put back in the oil... to warm them. We asked for fresh fries they did the exact same thing and blamed the oil. lol like we don't know what friesshould taste like please y'all were not doing your jobs. Read more
I Today, October 28, 2021, I called and asked if they were on Urber because lately even though restaurants posted on Urber come... back cancel because their not their anymore. I called today at 1:58pm central time and ask the young lady there and She tells meto call Urber. I ask you mean to tell me you don?t know if your own Uber or not and she saids No Ma?am and hangs up in my face.I give her -10 in Customer Service and needs to go back and be retrained. I?m very disappointed in the service I received today.I will not be ordering from Burger King. I ordered my food through the drive through and they were fairly fast. I order theBacon Cheese burgers for a $1.00 and I got the $3.99 - 2 whopper junior special with one fry and one onion rings. I just lovethat onion ring sauce. It?s sooo good. You must try it. Also, I got the Strawberry Lemonade Freeze (5 Stars) and I tell youit?s nothing like sipping on a nice cold drink when it?s hot outside and your driving on the freeway in traffic. You are theenvy of others because they wish they had something good and cold to drink too! ???? Next, all my Bacon Cheese burgers werecooked and the bacon was crispy and good. Calera Burger King is usually a good experience, service is a little slow but usually polite
