It was typically busy experience of chik fila with slower moving traffic. The food and customer service was good.
Went thru drive in Saturday at 8:30pm because hours are posted open until 9:00pm. The fries were the worst. It appeared they had... been cooked for several days. This location is going down fast. Seems to be ran by a bunch of teenagers without any supervision.Should have been a shame to serve fries that old and cold.Twenty dollars thrown in the trash. Read more
My order was correct, at least the main meal. Can't say the same for the condiments I asked for. But they are very stingy with... the salt. I find their fries absolutely terrible without salt. I don't think they season them at all. And it wouldn't be much ofan issue had I not specifically asked for 1 ketchup and 4 salt. But I only got 2. If they would season their fries 2 would befine. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. The trash cans where overflowing everywhere you look. The bathrooms had no towels to... dry your hands. We waited 20 minutes in a line just to get in the parking lot. After we got in the building it took another 20minutes to get the food. We only got our food in a 20 minute window because we where hounding them complaining. A couple of thefrys where half frozen so I spit them out the window. I recommend Chick-fil-A shut this location down or change management. Theservice was less than a McDonalds experience. Unacceptable that location has lost my business. Read more
My husband bit into a long piece of hair that was cooked into the sandwich, when I took the sandwich back they tried to offer... more food. When your already grossed out you don?t want anymore food. The food is always hot and good quality, service is fast and friendly, and they rarely forget items in your order. Their... desserts are to die for, so I would recommend grabbing one if you?re stopping by. Definitely one of the better locations. Neverbeen a fan of their sweet tea though. It always tastes a little watery and not quite sweet enough to me. Read more
