Curbside was to be ready at 7:04pm. Had the kids in the car, 7:15 called into the store was told well you had a large order and... it would be a bit. I wrote a long review but I erased it! This is by far the worse experience I've ever had at a cracker barrel, starting from the sitting hostess and down to the... kitchen. We have a one year old, they didn't offer us a high chair, nor did they give crayons to the kids to color with. Weasked the waitress for one, and an hour later we still did not have the high chair, it took my husband asking the manager for usto get one. When the food got to us an hour and 15 minutes after we were seated, several items were cold and all the food wasnot brought out. Before all of my items were bought, everyone else at the table had finished eating. I asked for white gravy formy biscuits, and fried chicken and the waitress comes back with brown gravy instead stating they currently have no white gravy.All of our food was menu food, no substitutions or special order. We were sat at 10:23 am and did not leave till after 12:30 pmThis is for a party of 3 plus an infant. All the other tables around us did not have to wait more than 15 minutes for theirfood. I like Cracker Barrel because they have an all-day breakfast, and food is tasty and too expensive. They had tonight on Friday a... lot of people at dinner, but our dinner was ready fast. And was tasty. Staff nice. Contry style is very cute. 4 stars becausetheir restroom was disgusting. I don't understand what happened, staff walks in and out of restroom so they see that it's dirty,they should cleaner personnel to clean it. Like it wasn't cleaned all day. With so many people that they get, they should keepit clean. I just hate dirty restrooms or a dirty restaurant. Well, the dirty restroom makes the restaurant look dirty. I hopethey will keep it clean, but for now, 4 stars. They actually need to renew the restroom and change sinks. I would do 3 stars forthe cleanliness of the restaurant. But 5 stars for food. Didn?t get pics but everyone knows the plates we chose. Chicken and dumplings, green beans, hash brown casserole, Mac n cheese... and biscuits and rolls. Also ordered the fried chicken. What I want to say about this particular Cracker Barrel was itsimmediate seating and the waitress was awesome. Drinks filled and food was quickly delivered and huge portions. Slightly disappointed. We came pretty early at 7 am so there was no wait, but we were informed that there was a shortage of wait... staff. We were seated and had a sweet waitress pretty quickly, order taken, drinks brought to table. Food came out as orderedfairly quickly, but my over easy eggs were cold, sausage was cold, and the hashbrown casserole had seen a better day. Pancakes,however, were warm and yummy. I do miss the biscuits that use to come to the table when you were seated; I maybe should haveordered a few, but after the cold eggs, I decided against it. Read more
My 18-year-old son I visited this Cracker Barrel on 6/26 for lunch. Taste-wise, the food was very good. However, I was very... disappointed in the portion size of my son's food. He ordered the roast beef and sides. It was more appropriate for a very youngchild! Also, he asked for biscuits but didn't get them until he was finished with the rest of his meal. Our waitress was nicebut disappeared after bringing our food. I had to ask anothet waitress for drink refills. Needless to say, this was not ourtypical Cracker Barrel experience! Read more
People all around us got their food. Not us. Took about 1 hour after being seated. No creamer for drinks, no silverware to stir... our coffee! Then our food came out separate, 7 of us, 1 plate at a time. Great when you've got young children. This is unusualfor cracker barrel. Hope they take care of this situation. Read more
