It was okay. The staff was great so that wasn't the problem. The food didn't taste all that well and made us sick for a few... hours. Other than that the prices were good and our wait time wasn't long. That's why I gave them three stars. I'd probably askfor them to cook it fresh. Read more
Placed an order in the app and drove to the store to pick up my order. I was told this location does not receive online orders... for some reason and that I would not be able to pick up my food even though I had a receipt showing I paid for the itemsalready. I was told I would have to request a refund through Hardee's but customer service is almost non-existent with thiscompany. Horrible staff, unpredictable varying hours, workers children left unsupervised in the lobby. Staff verbally abusing each other,... food wasn't worth which I could've guessed from the empty parking lot 24/7 Read more
Service was great, food delicious. It has been a while since we have been to a Hardee's. Didn't disappoint.
Today, Thursday July 28, 2022. My order from DoorDash was fast, hot, but not accurate. 3 of items were missing, my Spicy Chicken... sandwich, chicken salad, & Monster Roast Beef that's the reason I gave it 2 stars. My natural cut fries were hot and good, mycheeseburger was fresh and good therefore I give them both 4 stars. But my apple pie didn't have brown sugar and cinnamon onit. I give it 2.5 stars because it's not as good as it could be. My double cheese burger I give 3.5 stars. But, it's a shamethat you have to pay for lettuce & tomato to go your sandwiches. I'm very disappointed that I had 3 items missing because Ireally wanted my food. I took pictures and I will be posting them on Google. But, DoorDash did give a refund and I'm grateful. Read more
Terrible! Drive thru was extremely slow. The bun on our burgers was burnt. No way should this have been served to a customer.
My roomie showed up to an interview and they didn't hire him because he was dressed nicely and they thought it was "a joke". So... that goes to show the people they hire and who handles your food there. Good luck eating food touched by people who arrive nastyfor an interview!!! I'm sure they show up worse for work.
