This is the second time in the last month that we have visited this establishment. The first time I was told I couldn?t order... anything because he had 8 online orders ahead of me. This time I pulled through the drive thru as I had ordered my pizza 20-25mins prior and was told it takes 20 mins for my order to show up in their system so he hasnt started it yet, ? it just poppedup?. I've been here 3 times in a week. Once at 8 on halloween night where I was lied to about wait times and making more pizzas. And... twice at 6, PRIME DINNER RUSH. They never have anything they are only making mobile orders, won't pick up a phone. Even when youwait there for 30mins the hot box never gets refilled. They are ruining your business. This place use to be a beloved localpizza place that stayed busy and also HOT AND READY. Don't just read this read, other recent reviews says the same thing. Neverhot and ready and alot of hate towards the nightshift. I watched 6 cars pull off in my 2 mins of being there. How many morepeople will be allowed to drive off till you have to close the doors? If you order through Door Dash after 6 pm , even when it's well before their closing time, they will confirm the order just to... cancel it an hour later with the Door Dash driver there. If they don't want to accept the orders they shouldn't confirm them inthe first place instead of having people wait that long just to not fulfill the order. It has happened several times too. DoorDash even called to ask if I canceled my order. The staff at Little Ceasars Calera told the driver that I called the store tocancel my order which was a blatant lie. Then Door Dash called them back to tell them I didn't cancel my order. Thirty minuteslater they canceled anyway. If the people that's working there don't want to work then they should find them something else todo. Read more
I'd give it 2 stars at best. You are better off placing your order before you go here. If not the wait times can be very... ridiculous. The pizza is Little Ceasars quality usually. Ordered online a speciality pizza pepperoni mushroom black olives banana peppers n cheese bread n hot wings .got to the drive... thru n was told order wasn't ready could I park n wait . Sure np. Waited 15 mins n employee came to car m said Sorry managersays we are out of wings offered M&M Brownies . Wings were $9 bucks got 1 pack with 4 small brownies to replace wings . 2.25 eafor a brownie yeah right . Got home instead of the speciality order pizza I ordered I got a stuffed crust cheese pizza . Was refused service because no one over came to the window so I parked and went to go inside to ask for some service. And... immediately was yelled at by a woman working night shift to get out. We?ve had takeout from this location a few times now. The food is usually good (normal Little Caesars quality) and comes out... hot. Service is where it?s lacking though, and depending on when you show up it tends to be pretty chaotic.
