This is the Absolute Worst McDonald's in the universe. I was in the drive thru line and was told "you gon have to wait for us to... get our line down." I got a decent sized Breakfast Order for 2 Adults and 2 Children. It was more or less Correct but All 4 of Us suffered Gastric... Distress last Night. It was All I ate All Day. Sorry experience for a food joint. Employees standing around chit chatting, refused to take our order was instructed to use the... kiosk when I simply asked for someone to help at the register. Literally wish I could give place zero stars. I understand short staff and everything. I, too, work in an environment dealing... with this. 1. They were only serving nuggets and fries because only 1 person was supposedly working. Comes to find out, therewere 2 people there. 2. Fries were cold and gummy. The nuggets were halfway there. When we asked for more fries, we wereinstantly given attitude from the employee. We gave the entire bag back to the employee. When they came out, they only broughtout the fries AND THE EMPLOYEE SAID WE DIDNT GIVE THEM BACK THE NUGGETS. The funniest thing is when we told them we gave thewhole bag back, they returned with the SAME, NOW COLD, bag of nuggets. Read more
No one ever took my order over the intercom so I pulled forward saw the window open a little so I waited for someone to come but... they never did. Saw a phone number on the window asking how to improve service so I called and left a message before pullingforward. I went inside and could hear one employee asking another why was she not taking the drive thru orders. She was yellingback at him from the bathroom area but I couldn't understand what she was saying. Place was pretty disgusting. Play place was closed due to covid and was also used as a storage room. They had no large cups, was... told the delivery truck just arrived and will bring it to me when they get it off the truck. I ordered inside to eat inside andwas brought my food in bags as if I?m leaving. The soda machine was leaking and nothing worked besides Fanta. And the servicewasn?t helpful at all, never fixed the soda so the line waiting to use it could get what they?d like to drink. Read more
