Ordered from here when they first opened. Pizza was ok. Service was terrible. Ordered again today, had it delivered, and it... looked like Ace Ventura delivered it. It was thirty minutes past when they said it was being delivered, and there was two slicesupside down. How does that happen? Domino?s alabaster from now on, or little caesars. First the young man didn't know how to work the computer...so had to help him with that. Then, pepperoni was somehow confused... with anchovies... Go to pick up my order and the young lady who came to the counter seemed confused about why I was eventhere.. Finally, I'd ordered DOUBLE anchovies and only received a single. I took food back inside and their shift lead/managertried convincing me that it WAS a double, despite it being as she herself described as a single... It wasn't worth anymoreheadache so I simply left. Hopefully the owner/management of this store will get things in better working order soon bc as itstands right now, I'll gladly make the drive to alabaster next time I'm craving Papa John's Read more
Wish I could give 0 stars... the staff consist of teenagers playing. I couldn't get anybody on the phone. So I told my gf I'll... stop bye, worse mistake I should of drive to Montevallo domino's, (which I did anyway) never will come back here. How they stillopen, they don't watch cameras?? The phone was off the hook just laying there. 2 employees standing around, one girl, went to anorder and just started eating hot wings out 9f somebody's box... NO HAIR NETS, NO GLOVES.. Worst pizza experience ever. Placed order online for delivery. It said it would be max 72 minutes until delivery. Almost 2 hours... later I tracked it online at it still showed preparing. I called the store after holding for 5 minutes the person that answeredrudely told me they didn't know how much longer it would be and that I could just come pick it up?!?!. I just moved to this area, I'm accustomed to ordering ubereats though its not available 24/7 here. But this Sunday I called at... 7:30pm to place a delivery order, the young lady who answers most of the time when I do carryout answered and took my order. Shementioned it would be about an hour and a half to an hour an fourth five mins. I said thats fine, now its 10:08 no call nodelivery? I knew better than to say I would be paying with cash than credit. But I did anyway. SMH I was planning to tip thedriver nearly 90% of my order total. I knew it was late an I have manged restaurants before. Which is the reason ,even when Ipick up my order ,I tip. I've Only ordered, maybe five times, each time I said keep the change. I just want you all to knowthat this is not right and certainly not the proper way to run a business. At least have the decency to give me a call and say"hey we don't have any drivers available at the moment". I live 5 minsaway i would have drove there. Read more

Ordered pizza ahead on a holiday, paid for it and was told it would be delivered on time. Called when the pizza was late. I was... rudely told by one of the immature employees that their system did not drop my order and it would be 3 hours to get my orderbecause my call ahead order had zero priority. When I asked for their managers name I was told phoney names and I was hung upon. I called back and the "so called manager" was even more rude than the first person I spoke with and I was hung up on again.I called the GM the following morning only to be met with rude behavior again and was called liar. The kids who worked theresaid I cussed them out. That was a lie. I called another Papa Johns location whom told me that the call ahead orders arepriority over all other orders and that they lied because they simply just didn't do their job. They also said people complainabout their service at the Calera location al the time, and they were ashamed of this location having their store logo treatingcustomers this way.
