Rushed and rude. Couldn't get my sandwich made like I do EVERYWHERE else. Meat is COLD and cheese isn't melted. I wanted the... meat microwaved for 45 seconds and the sandwich toasted for 10 seconds. Didn't happen, they toasted the meat. Cold nastysandwich. They they laughed about it when I asked them to heat it up more afterwards. Never coming back. Rude. Read more
I've been here three times in the past 2 years. The other 2 times were satisfactory, nothing to write home about. Tonight I... was craving a sub and saw on Google Maps that this location closes at 9pm. Got there at 7:30pm. Closed. After reading otherreviews this seems to be a regular thing, closing earlier than posted. I'm just gonna buy my own bread and deli meat from nowon, this place is too inconsistent. Read more
They do not adhere to posted store hours. They close whenever they feel like it. The employees just stand behind the counter and... look at you while you pull on the locked door & look at the posted hours in confusion. It's a lil hilarious if you're not reallyhungry. Read more
I came by about 7 o?clock and the door was locked. I noticed two young ladies making some subs, both of them ran to the back to... hide from me. I decided to call see if I can speak to a manager but nothing voicemail is full. This is not the first time thatI?ve seen this or heard of this. Whoever the manager is fix this. If they want our business here in Calera they need to fixthis or just take our business elsewhere. So many choices here in the beautiful Calera area. Read more
Poor service. Store was closing early due to the night person calling off. Went in store 15 minutes before they closed. The... person preparing my sandwiches had no clue on which meat was what. I asked for ham, and she grabbed the roast beef. Also, I havethe subway app on my phone, but no one including the manager knew why I didn't get my points when I scanned my card. They didnot care either. The person who rang me out said well I don't know why, and just walked off. I asked for the manager, and askeddo you at least have the number I can call to have my points added, and she didn't. All she could say was we just got the apphere. There should be some some consistently between the stores regardless of the state you go to. Glad I don't live here. Read more
The sandwich was good. Repairs were being done on fountain drink machine. And the drinks were hot from the cooler
