Me and my family was passing through on our way out of town and was disappointed to see how messy the store was. We live a few... minutes away from another zaxbys in Montgomery and they keep their store clean all day. Once we got in the lobby there was trashon floors and tables still had food crumbs on them, the staff looked as if they didn?t wanna be there and based off how theytook our order we could tell. Hopefully this review will be helpful and the management can look at this and better the crew andthe store. Read more

Popped in here for a quick to go order for dinner. The building seemed very clean and orderly. The drive-through was busy but... the dining room seems pretty empty. There seem to be plenty of staff available but not much interest in helping customers. Itwasn't bad service just seems like they couldn't care less if I was there. The food was hot and delicious.
