Me and my family was passing through on our way out of town and was disappointed to see how messy the store was. We live a few... minutes away from another zaxbys in Montgomery and they keep their store clean all day. Once we got in the lobby there was trashon floors and tables still had food crumbs on them, the staff looked as if they didn?t wanna be there and based off how theytook our order we could tell. Hopefully this review will be helpful and the management can look at this and better the crew andthe store. Read more

Popped in here for a quick to go order for dinner. The building seemed very clean and orderly. The drive-through was busy but... the dining room seems pretty empty. There seem to be plenty of staff available but not much interest in helping customers. Itwasn't bad service just seems like they couldn't care less if I was there. The food was hot and delicious. Love me some wings in things for 13 years now. Are you going stop raising the prices for a half a minute? Might be hyperbole... but I think the price has been raised 4 times the past 12 or so months. Add to this the wings are smaller the chicken fingersare toddler fingers and you have eliminated celery. It?s more like wings and some of the things. Have ordered this hundreds oftimes over the years but it?s to the point where I can?t justify 14 dollars for lunch that doesn?t even fill me up anymore. Read more

We do not have Zaxby's near my home in South Florida. While visiting family in Calera, Alabama, my family and I tried Zaxby's... for the first time from drive-through. It was late and the line was long, but moving! The employees were extremely friendly andhelpful, while the food was hot and fresh! Not until we rolled up to the window did we notice that the hours of operation statedthat their closing time was over 10 minutes ago! This did not stop them from finishing up the line and being friendly and politeabout it until they found a break in the line and were able to close up shop. Dined in and my order was ready in minutes. Fun self-serve soda machine where you can customize a drink (such as diet Dr.... Pepper with cherry vanilla!). $11.75 for a big house salad with chicken tenders and the drink. Love their ranch salad dressing(be sure to ask for two packets). Everything was clean and tidy, including the rest rooms. Definitely recommend. Read more
