Wait time in the drive thru can be ridiculous and it?s always a challenge for them to get your order correct or that everything... you ordered is in the bag. Oh! And not sure why their night shift can only fill your fries up half way, must be some new policyI don?t know about. Read more
30 min wait in the drive thru and the line still didn't move. Had to jump the curve to get out of it. Tried calling several... times to see what was happening and cancel the order but they wouldn't even answer the phone. Go to sonic or whataburger causethis place will burn your gas idling. Read more

Lobby is closed all doors locked no sign on door saying why it?s locked and workers just stare at all the people trying the... locked door. I watched a dozen or more attempt to visit location to just turn around and leave. If your lobby is closed why notpost signs letting customer know it?s not open?! Also, why open location attached to a high traffic truck stop and do drive thruonly knowing full well an 18 wheeler can?t fit? SMH Burger King needs to do better at this location. Read more
