30 min wait in the drive thru and the line still didn't move. Had to jump the curve to get out of it. Tried calling several... times to see what was happening and cancel the order but they wouldn't even answer the phone. Go to sonic or whataburger causethis place will burn your gas idling. Read more

Lobby is closed all doors locked no sign on door saying why it?s locked and workers just stare at all the people trying the... locked door. I watched a dozen or more attempt to visit location to just turn around and leave. If your lobby is closed why notpost signs letting customer know it?s not open?! Also, why open location attached to a high traffic truck stop and do drive thruonly knowing full well an 18 wheeler can?t fit? SMH Burger King needs to do better at this location. Read more
8:30 pm and the lobby is closed. Sign on the door says cleaning the hood use the drive thru. 1. i can't get an 18 wheeler in... the drive thru. 2. If i had wanted to sit in my truck to eat there are way more options then this place. The hood should becleaned up after everything elas had been shut down, not while still serving food. Read more

Vehicle at the front of the line was there for 19 minutes before it was able to get its order and leave... We had not been able... to order yet as we were told we at the speaker box it would be a while... Thankfully the vehicle behind us gave up and reversedout so that we were also able to reverse out of the curved drive through to leave. Read more
